Newly renovated stylish holiday home with fabulous views across the Hauraki Gulf.  Located just minutes from Palm Beach and Oneroa Village, this is the perfect spot to base yourself for a fabulous family holiday.  It has a sunny north facing position, great indoor & outdoor living & dining areas, spa pool, flat lawn and trampoline for the kids.This idyllic property has plenty of space for family and friends to relax and unwind. Seaviews on Second is a fantastic house a stone's throw from the beach at Onetangi. The large dining and living areas get all day sun and open on to a large sunny deck, ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the beach. With a designer kitchen, a large dining area and a gas fire, as well as 2 living areas, this is a great house for a family break. The kids can have their own space!The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, along with an ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds, then there is a sofa bed in the lower living room. Across the creek is the sleepout, which has a queen sized bed. Along with the master ensuite there is a family bathroom in the house, note that there is no bathroom in the sleepout.Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, there is plenty of parking - even room for the boat! The sleepout is accessed via a bridge across a stream.A short walk takes you to the cafes on the beach, as well as the award winning restaurant 372, and a bus stop, which has a good round island service. A light and airy space with all day sun. Two decks allow easy chilling with a cuppa or a glass of wine; one has a view to Oneroa Bay the other one to the back garden (hammock in shed provided). Separate bedroom, own bathroom and kitchen. Smart TV available but surely not necessary with all there is to do on Waiheke :-) The photos are not our best work but hopefully work in progress. We are a kilometer from the main village Oneroa, 2km from the ferry and the closest sandy beach, Little Oneroa, with dairy and takeaways 500m. This has lots of toys to keep the kids busy, and also has a heat pump so is cool in summer & warm in winter.Bonnie Doon is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk along the road to the lovely Picnic Bay beach, which has all tide swimming & a pontoon. The property has a kayak which you are welcome to use. There is a local winery & Oneroa Village & beach are only a short drive away.Please note that the access to the coast mean that we ask you to please keep a good eye on children.
