"View was ok.
The facilities were basic.
Nonetheless, the kettle and hot plate not working. Thus no hot water to make hot drinks / cook cup noodles.
Furthermore, the whole unit smell of cigarette which non-smokers will not like.
Not sure why there was hacking sound till late night 10pm/11pm. Which started again on Sunday morning around 9am.. so was could not sleep in later.
Location no too bad to get to the places we wanted go because it ran opposite to the roads that had high traffic jams."

The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free.
The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

UUtente ospiteWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

UUtente ospiteIl migliore è stato l'ubicazione e ha 2 camere da letto nell'appartamento.
Per questa residenza, aveva un tempo difficile anche cercando di accedere. In primo luogo, il messaggio di benvenuto automatico ci ha detto a cosasapp il numero 1-3 giorno prima di accedere. Quando ho fatto, non c'era risposta in ogni modo, anche se pensavo che il numero fosse in realtà sotto la zona di antrace.
Non avevo idea se fosse questo perché il check-in non era pronto fino alle 4 pm il giorno del check-in e nessuna scelta aspettata fino a quel momento. Ma non c'è ancora una risposta così cercando di cercare un numero di contatto alternativo e finalmente ha ricevuto una risposta da un altro numero di whatsapp e solo iniziato a controllare in corso. I bambini erano stanchi e irritati e le istruzioni date per accedere al lobby non erano utili per le famiglie che non guidavano. Dovevano andare in piedi sulla pista delle auto per raggiungere. I consigli su ascensori alternativi e le entrate non erano utili.
Le famiglie con bambini piccoli o anziani devono considerarli.

RR.A.R.ZThis place is our go to hotel whenever we come over for a night trip but this time isn't so pleasant as we got disturbed by a whatsapp at 2.40 am asking for payment. Wondering why cant wait till we check out the next day. I mean they could have asked for payment during check in. Customer service should learn manners at least And we got 1st level room, the inconvenience we had was the noise and also the room stinks. Overall it was okay and didn't want to make a big fuss about it as we are staying for a night.

CChew XinyingIt is a old condo, there are repair works.. so do take note.
Good: Car park is big and is at level 2 for the designated lot. Because other homestay condos that need to go at least 5-6 levels.
Location is very near to AEON Tebrau and Mount Austin.
Security wise is good, need special pass to enter the car park. Need to produce passport to enter the premises.
Bad: The upper deck bed is very hot and stuffy due to the glass panel. It had block out the aircon blowing. My children will have to shift down to sleep on the floor.
The tap water at the wash basin, is yellowish.
Toilet bowl is leaking causing wetness on the floor.
If you are not very fussy and just staying for sleep over for 1-2nights is it fine.

TThiam WoonCleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.

UUtente anonimoThe place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table..
However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well.
All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.
