"Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights."

UUtente ospiteI checked in late at midnight, and the process was incredibly smooth. Despite the late hour, the staff was welcoming and efficient. I faced a minor issue with the AC, but the hotel team promptly resolved it, even at midnight, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort.
As a kind gesture, they offered me a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was truly impressive—completely healthy, with no maida or white sugar. They used only millets, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome start to the day.
A great stay with exceptional service and a strong focus on health-conscious food. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.
