"Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights."

UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel a tre stelle, e mentre le camere e le strutture erano confortevoli, la mia esperienza complessiva era deludente a causa della mancanza di conoscenza dell’hotel sul debole sistema di trasporto della città.

Assistenza zero con il trasporto – In quanto ospite non familiare con la città, mi aspettavo che l'hotel avesse almeno pochi contatti con cabina o auto, soprattutto perché il trasporto pubblico non è facilmente disponibile. Tuttavia, erano indifferenti. Ho chiesto a un camion di visitare un tempio vicino alle 5:30 –6 AM, e la loro risposta era veloce, “Controlliamo”, solo per tornare con, “Non disponibile”. Questo era. Nessuna soluzione alternativa, nessun sforzo per aiutare. E se fossi un straniero? Avrebbero dunque superato e superato?
Spazzato alla stazione ferroviaria – Dopo l'arrivo, non ho trovato taxi prepagati, non ho trovato auto, e dopo aver aspettato per molto tempo, finalmente ne ho trovato uno. UUtente ospiteIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

UUtente ospiteExcellent stay! i recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea queen hotel, calicut and i must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The views of kozhikode beach were stunning, and the cool breeze in the evening made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.
