Hotel 3 stelle a Semarang

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Semarang per un viaggio d'affari 2-day, e in generale, è stata un'ottima esperienza. La stanza dell'hotel è stata pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, creando un ambiente rilassante dopo un giorno completo di incontri. L'hotel Noormans è un'ottima scelta per i viaggiatori di business. Sono felice di darle un 4.5 su 5 e mi piacerebbe assolutamente rimanere qui ancora nel mio prossimo viaggio a Semarang.

Our stay at Manon Boutique Hotel Semarang was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few frustrating moments. First, the good things. Since the hotel lobby isn't located on the ground level, the security staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower drain didn't drain properly, leaving water pooling on the floor and making the shower area a bit slippery. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so it took quite a while to rinse off. The hot water worked, but it was only warm rather than genuinely hot. Another thing that caught us off guard was our room window. The room had a window, but instead of a view or natural light, it faced another wall. We had a little laugh when we opened the curtains because we weren't expecting that. I suppose it's there to make the room feel less enclosed, but don't expect any morning sunshine. The most confusing part of our stay was the breakfast arrangement. The night before checkout, my husband asked whether we could have our breakfast packed to go since we planned to leave very early. The hotel staff initially told us it wasn't possible. Later that evening, however, someone from the restaurant informed us that takeaway breakfast could indeed be arranged, so we thought everything had been settled. The next morning, my husband checked with the receptionist, who had no idea about our breakfast request. He then went to the restaurant, where they also seemed unaware. After returning to our room and calling the restaurant directly, they finally prepared our breakfast. We still have no idea where the miscommunication happened, but fortunately we had already decided to cancel our early morning plan. Otherwise, we probably would have left without breakfast. We also weren't informed about takeaway drinks, and by then we were simply too tired to ask. Thankfully, the breakfast itself made up for a lot. The Monte Cristo Bliss sandwich was absolutely fantastic and easily the highlight of our stay. Would we come back? Maybe—for the Monte Cristo Bliss alone. The hotel has many positives, but communication between the front desk and the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. With better coordination and a few maintenance fixes, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

Booked here last minute and they delivered all of my request. Room is clean, bed sheet is fresh (that is very important), and the bed is hard and pleasant to sleep on. Had very good rest after long day meeting. However they could have got 5 stars if only they check their water flow of the shower. The water was very little and slow that was the only thing that i couldn’t enjoy.

Il mio hotel preferito per il soggiorno a Semarang, ma questa volta non è la mia bella esperienza. La prima stanza che ho ottenuto ha svuotato l'aria condizionata, si è gocciata ogni secondo, così hanno offerto una nuova stanza. In una nuova stanza, l'aria condizionata non funzionava bene, ma non volevo più lamentarmi, perché non volevo cambiare la stanza di nuovo e di nuovo. Prenotato con colazione ma hanno detto che è troppo pochi ospiti quel giorno, quindi mi lasceranno scegliere il mio colazione dal menu. Solo un menu per ogni ospite. Non mi piaceva questo perché la stanza non ha una tavola appropriata da mangiare. Anche ci sono solo una sedia. Quindi sì, non la mia migliore esperienza. Ma forse lo farò un'altra prova. Questo hotel di solito ha offerto un buon servizio. Forse solo un momento sbagliato e la situazione per me.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte. È un hotel ristrutturato di recente, tutto perfetto, mi è piaciuto molto l'arredamento, ma purtroppo ho notato che c'era ancora della polvere dovuta alla ristrutturazione sul pavimento. Non so, è solo una mia impressione perché sono molto sensibile alla polvere. Il letto però era comodissimo, soprattutto il cuscino, ho dormito benissimo anche se non stavo bene. Anche l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, anche spegnendola sentivo ancora fresco. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo hotel se visitate Semarang! Ah, è vicinissimo a Simpang Lima, quindi bastano circa 100 metri a piedi. Ottima posizione!

Buon hotel in buona posizione ... Camera pulita, buoni onsen, dipendenti amichevoli ... Molti ristoranti da scegliere nelle vicinanze. Anche passeggiata a Tentrem & Ciputra Mall ...

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.

The good thing about this hotel is their Housekeeping and Front Office staf are honest. When my nephew left his e-toll card in the room, the hotel staff kept it, and when we get back to this hotel, we ask for the e-toll card and they handed it back to us. But the food in the breakfast is awful. The toilet bowl is dirty. I don't think I will come and stay in this hotel again.
