Hotel 3 stelle a Lione

Una volta trovato, l'hotel ci è piaciuto molto. Non ci sono servizi veri e propri, ma c'è una lavanderia e una lavanderia a pochi passi. La colazione è semplice, ma ci sono bar nelle vicinanze. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Ovviamente non è il Ritz, ma ci siamo goduti le nostre giornate lì.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona e molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria. Puoi salvare il bagaglio, la colazione dell'hotel è anche buona, l'atteggiamento del personale è anche buono.Il prezzo è anche ragionevole. La prossima volta penseremo a stare in questo hotel.

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. In particular, I think its location is probably the best you can get in Lyon for a short stay. I also believe it was a very good choice in terms of price-performance. Of course, you can pay much higher rates to stay at more luxurious hotels, but this one more than meets all the essential needs. The welcome was always warm and friendly. The hotel entrance was very beautiful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was also excellent and perfectly clean.  I also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to reducing plastic use and protecting the environment. It meant a lot to me and made me really happy to see this.  I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

We booked it because there’s heatwave so we need a room with aircon. The hotel is about 10 mins walk away from the metro. It is located in a neighborhood with a lot of local shops and restaurants. There’s a good bakery and big Carrefour supermarket just downstairs. There’s hotel is stylish and chic tmi but it smells so good. Just that the room is above the street so it could be noisy when cars drove by. And there’s no fridge in our room. Would recommend though

Avevamo prenotato una suite junior. Era pulita e molto ben organizzata. Avevamo chiesto una suite che si trovava all’opposto della ferrovia. Perfetto! Abbiamo avuto un'ottima accoglienza. Abbiamo desideroso di godere della piscina, purtroppo non era accessibile a causa di alcuni clienti che avevano fatto nulla la sera. Se ritorniamo a Lyon, prenoto lo stesso hotel, perché è anche molto ben situato.

La reception dell'hotel è stata molto accogliente e il check-in è stato semplice. La camera era piccola ma molto pulita. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e da altre attrazioni del centro storico. Ci sono anche molti negozi nei dintorni per fare shopping!

Penso che ci tornerei. La camera era spaziosa e la colazione era deliziosa. Non c'è il frigorifero in camera, ma la reception lo terrà per rinfrescarlo. Ci sono supermercati, negozi di kebab e bar nelle vicinanze, il che lo rende comodo. C'è anche un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ci sono tante persone e giovani che girano davanti alla stazione, ma non avverto alcun pericolo.

Era pulito e facile da usare. La posizione è davvero ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Anche il bagno era comodo da usare. Molte recensioni dicevano che l'asciugatrice non era molto buona. Stavo bene

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile, camera pulita e ordinata. Personale disponibile e accogliente. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Tornerò sicuramente.
