Hotel 3 stelle a Helsinki

Hotel correcte mais tu te sent que tu t adresse un robot, ce qui devient un sejour de congé plus que officiel, exemple je suis arrivé à l hotel a 12H mais le robot ne m a permis l accès à la chambre qu un 15H a la moniteur. Poser un TV ça va pas coûter cher, et je comprends pas pourquoi le fitness est fermé le week end. L hotel est merveilleux mais il a besoin de bonne gérance pour mieux le commercialiser. Bon courage

Durante un viaggio itinerante per la Finlandia ho soggiornato in diverse occasioni presso questa struttura che offre sistemazioni monolocali sostanzialmente identiche. Punto di forza è sicuramente l'ubicazione per gli spostamenti trovandosi a circa 15 minuti di treno (pari ad un servizio di metropolitana) dall'aeroporto e 15 minuti dal centro di Helsinki con fermata Malmi a circa 100 mt. L'area è prettamente residenziale con diverse attività commerciali nelle vicinanze. Nonostante la vicinanza con la stazione l'insonorizzazione esterna e ottima. Punto debole risulta invece la scarsa areazione della camera essedo possibile l'apertura solo di una piccola finestra a compasso (probabilmente per motivi si sicurezza . camere assegnate al piano 13 e 11) e del bagno cieco che tende a rimanere umido. Nell'ultima camera assegnata era presente anche uno sgradevole odore di pesce cucinato lasciato presumibilmente dal precedente cliente.

The hotel looks fairly new, and the room has everything you need. You can get a hairdryer from the closet on the floor using your key card. The washing machine right in the room is very convenient. On the downside, the hotel is located far from the city center, and due to railway maintenance, I couldn't use the nearest station; I had to take a bus to get there. I also reduced rating due to cleanliness: there was trash in my room from the previous guest (inside kitchen zone shelves), and the balcony was very dusty, so I had to use a towel to fix it.

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

The flat is in the best location. Train station just in the corner and the shopping area as well. The minus one is the bed is small. No tea and coffee in the room as well but if you in budget trip I will recommended this. Train to airport is also easy bc Tekkurila is the hub.

Non c'è trasparenza sulle strutture come il forno in cucina, anche se mostra in prenotazione in camera, molto vecchia TV modello non ha caratteristiche, solo canali locali giocati. Deve essere riparato.Anche se la posizione è molto buona e le tariffe sono molto nominali secondo altre proprietà. Grazie.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Omena Hotel Helsinki è stato assolutamente fantastico! Il concetto di self-service dell'hotel è stato impeccabile e pratico, perfetto per il nostro viaggio in famiglia. Le camere erano pulite, moderne e spaziose, offrendo un comfort eccezionale dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. La posizione centrale ha reso facile l'accesso alle principali attrazioni, negozi e ristoranti di Helsinki. Abbiamo apprezzato l'accessibilità 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 e la procedura di check-in/check-out senza problemi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale e l'atmosfera tranquilla ha garantito un soggiorno rilassante. Consiglio vivamente l'Omena Hotel alle famiglie che cercano un'esperienza a Helsinki senza stress, confortevole e a un prezzo conveniente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Forenom Aparthotel è un buon posto per gli studenti. Vorrei dire che è stato buono in generale, ma il suono grafico era cattivo. Quando la gente passa attraverso la porta, possiamo effettivamente sentire chiaramente dall'interno. Per questa posizione, vorrei dire che può ancora essere accettabile perché la prenderò come esercizio 😂 perché deve prendere un passo di 10-20 minuti da questo posto alla stazione ferroviaria. Oltre a questo, possiamo anche trovare un po' di tintura sul letto.Spero che la prossima volta possa essere migliorata.

Location is good and communication with owner was good as well. Accommodation was average.
