UUtente ospiteWe had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots.
The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her.
The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe.
If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught.
We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us.
We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city.

Posizione, non può essere meglio, affrontando la chiesa, ottenere una visione completa della strada, soprattutto al mattino quando le strade sono ancora tranquille e vuote. Tutti gli evidenti sono a piedi di distanza. Molte opzioni di ristoranti nella zona;
L'appartamento è pulito e ben mantenuto, e tutto quello che serve è trovato nella stanza. Adatto anche per viaggi familiari con bambini. L'abbiamo trovato molto comodo nella stanza, e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Una volta chiusa la finestra, non vi disturberà il suono esterno.
La città è molto bella, siamo molto felici di aver trascorso una notte qui in un posto così grande.

La stanza è ben attrezzata, la cucina è completamente attrezzata e c'era un insieme di prodotti di base, che era molto conveniente.
Il bagno è pulito e spazioso. Il letto è comodo.
Non abbiamo avuto abbastanza tempo per i grandi musei che avevamo pianificato, quindi torneremo.
Si raccomanda assolutamente.

UUtente ospiteWir empfanden die Lage als ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten (Tram, Bahnhof und Geschäfte, Restaurants in der Innenstadt oder Neustadt) sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt an einer grossen Hauptstrasse, wo auch viele Einsatzfahrzeuge entlang fahren. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite sind die Bahngleise. Wir haben den Verkehrslärm als nicht sehr störend empfunden. Der Raum war sauber, es gab aber etwas Staub. Erst dachten wir, die erst am zweiten Tag nach der Anreise erfolgende Zwischenreinigung reiche aus, wir empfehlen aber, jeden Tag eine Zimmerreinigung zu bestellen (ohne Aufpreis). Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung hat uns leider gar nicht überzeugt. Das WLAN ist zwar schnell, die Verbindung ist allerdings nicht stabil. Damit das WLAN an ist, muss der Fernseher eingeschaltet sein. Das finden wir nicht nachhaltig und der helle Bildschirm hat uns gestört. Bei jedem neuen Einschalten des Fernsehers wird ein neues WLAN-Passwort generiert, man verliert wieder die Verbindung. Die Raumaufteilung können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Der Tresor ist sehr klein, und es gibt weder praktische Ablagen für Koffer und Taschen noch einen Schrank/Garderobe für Jacken, die nicht mitten im Zimmer hängt. Ebenso hat uns eine Ablage und Haken im Bad gefehlt. Dazu kommt, dass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad überschwemmt ist. In den öffentlichen Bereichen fehlte uns vor allem die Verarbeitungsqualität der verbauten Materialien. Heute sieht es noch schick aus, aber in zwei, drei Jahren? Wir finden es schade, dass sich ein Hotel nachhaltig geben will, es dann aber nur mässig umgesetzt wird.

Only downside: The adjacent, very wide road has a lot tram traffic. Ask for a room to north, towards the Zwinger.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati a Dresda per un fine settimana. L'appartamento era abituato ad alta qualità, funzionale e completamente sufficiente per le nostre esigenze. I piccoli punti di critica sono stati l'illuminazione notturna non interruttibile (solo si è attivato e uscito con un piatto), il manipolazione più leggera nel doccia. Devono essere sottolineati la disponibilità di parcheggi a casa, la piscina invernale figa, la doccia pioggia e la cucina di nuovo molto efficiente e ben pensato. Grazie, ci siamo sentiti molto bene. Una chiara raccomandazione da parte nostra.

주택가에 있어서 조용함. 근처에 카페나 작은 슈퍼마켓, 식당은 없고 대형마트 한 곳이 있는데 일요일은 영업안함.
Dresden Neustadt 기차역에서 걸어서 20분정도 걸림.
주요 관광지가 모여있는 곳과 떨어져 있음.
걸어서 갈 경우 40~50분 정도 걸림.
바로 근처에 트램정류장이 있지만 트램 티켓 발권기계가 없으므로 기차역 근처나 번화가쪽에 트램노선이 많이 지나다니는 정류장에서 구매해야함.
드레스덴에서 2박 이상 머무르거나 주택가쪽에 숙소 잡고 오래 걸어다니는 거 좋아하는 사람이 아니면 여기 보다 관광지쪽에 있는 이비스 버짓 드레스덴 시티 호텔이 더 괜찮을 듯합니다.
ps. 24년 11월 10일 현재 츠빙거 궁전 공사중으로 박물관 전시만 볼 수 있고 궁전 내부 입장 불가.
