From arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

Recensione dell'hotel (Accessibilità e sicurezza): La posizione di questo hotel è molto conveniente è vicino alla spiaggia e a pochi passi dal mercato notturno, che è certamente un plus. Tuttavia, nel complesso il mio soggiorno non era molto comodo. All'interno della stanza, il pavimento non è nemmeno completamente; ma, sebbene non sembrasse un problema importante, potrebbe facilmente diventare un pericolo di stallo, soprattutto per gli ospiti più anziani o per chi non presta attenzione. Il bagno non è separato in zone umide e secche, rendendo così più scorrevole e meno conveniente. Un altro punto importante è che l'hotel non ha ascensore. Portare bagagli su e giù le scale può essere piuttosto scomodo, soprattutto per gli anziani o quelli con bagagli pesanti. Anche se il design interno può sembrare piuttosto elegante o lussuoso a prima vista, in realtà si sente impraticabile e solleva preoccupazioni di sicurezza. Capisco che le diverse proprietà hanno le proprie limitazioni, e lo condivido da un punto di vista personale, e spero che queste informazioni possano essere utili per i viaggiatori che si svolgono in futuro quando decidono.

Camminare a distanza dalla spiaggia. Parcheggio davanti, molto conveniente. Ospite è una signora amichevole e bello. Grazie per il colazione! La stanza stile moderna è pulita con balcone e tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno.

L'ostello è situato in una posizione molto centrale di Kenting, la stazione degli autobus è facilmente raggiungibile entro 10 minuti. Essi forniscono anche molte attività che si possono prenotare attraverso di loro a prezzi ragionevoli.

Molto pulito. Convenientemente situato. Dritto vicino a un negozio di noleggio ebike. Secondo me è molto buono. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì. L'unico punto da notare è che il tempo di check-in è piuttosto tardi, e non c'è una ricezione aperta tutto il tempo. Grazie a me sono riuscito a chiamare l'hotel e parlare mandarino per ottenere il codice all'hotel e anche il check-in prima.

If your focus is purely to spend most of your time at the Nanwan Beach, Cat at Greece will be your choiced accommodation. As we were met with an off=peak situation, my family was the only ones staying at this hotel. We had trouble checking in as there were no one at the front desk to receive us as the property were not manned but monitored remotely. We took a while to get in touch with the hotel caretaker and that was done with the help of a 7-eleven convenience store staff reaching out to her. Amongst the properties we have stayed, Cat@Greece was the least proactive in ensuring we settled in safely. In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for stay only during summer and you must self-drive to have the convenience to explore the visitors' attractions.

Family of 5: Bedroom was huge with 3 beds for 5 of us, balcony opens out right by the beach, you can walk down on foot in 2-3mins(recommended to watch sunrise and sunset). Note that beach sand is dark and not the white sandy ones, but still soft & suitable for playing. Bathroom was huge, had a bathtub and 2 sinks. Great cooling weather on the beach even in December, sea water was not too cold. Great to walk along the beach in morning & evening. Wld visit this again! Room, Bathroom are clean. Pool was not in operation in December. Not many food options by 6-7pm, hotel restaurant closes early. Convenience store 7-11 was walkable distance in abt 7-8 mins though. Easy to walk there on the same side of the road to get some food.

Very nice place to stay. It seems newly built or renovated and it was very clean. We had a great room with a balcony. Staff is super friendly and really went the extra mile to help us, despite a slight language barrier (they were able to communicate all relevant information in English to us). There was free coffee, tea, and snacks available (including snacks from the island). You may choose between a pre-made breakfast at the hotel or vouchers for a breakfast at a take away place that’s a five-minute scooter drive away. We choose the latter - it’s a nice local experience, a bit of a challenge for non-Chinese speakers such as ourselves, so if you don’t want to figure it out, the pre-made breakfast might be a better option. You can also rent an e-scooter here, which is nice but do keep in mind that it’s silent - so other people in traffic may not hear you. We had no problems but I noticed some people crossing that seemed to have no idea we were passing. A plus is that you can change the battery for free at several points on the island.

20260327 Prima sono venuto a un pirata. Penso che il suono dell'aria condizionata fredda nella stanza sia molto tranquillo. Non influenzera' affatto la qualità del sonno. La stanza di scena della strada ha una piccola balcone. Il condizionamento dell'aria condizionata è ancora molto tranquillo. Esce a viaggiare. Devo davvero riposare. La porta dell'hotel può vedere il panorama del mare e il tramonto della baia, dietro la strada di Jingding. È molto conveniente per noi prestare attenzione alle vacanze. Il pirata fornisce un buono per la colazione, che è un pasto al ristorante di un altro edificio dell'hotel. È molto semplice, ma dovrebbe essere tutto.

La stanza è molto bella e pulita. Il servizio è molto buono. La colazione sarà inviata alla stanza in una posizione geografica eccellente e per cinque minuti a piedi per la strada di Jingding
