Hotel 3 stelle a Sofia

Hotel meraviglioso a pochi passi dal centro. L’hotel è fornito di un bar (intrattenimento tutte le sere) e di un’area ristoro e di una galleria d’arte. Personale cortese e gentile. Stanza ampia e fornita di ogni comfort. Super consigliata, non potevamo scegliere location migliore! Top

Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo ma è molto vicino al centro città, quindi la maggior parte delle attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Snack e acqua sono disponibili nella cucina comune. Ci sono anche diversi gatti, anche se non sono molto vicini agli umani.

Hotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

L'hotel era buono per il prezzo. Il personale era molto disponibile, la vista sulla città era incredibile. Il letto era ok, non c'era luce dall'alto. Bisognava usare le lampade. Il frigorifero in camera era comodo da avere, ma rumoroso. L'ho staccato la sera. Ha mantenuto il contenuto fresco fino al mattino dopo. Pulizia giornaliera, metropolitana appena fuori e un centro commerciale dall'altra parte della strada. Ci sono Burger King, KFC e Subway se avete voglia di cibo occidentale. Servizi essenziali ma puliti e confortevoli.

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Budapest di Sofia è stato piacevole e comodo. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente: facilmente raggiungibile e vicino a molte delle principali attrazioni, il che lo rende una base perfetta per esplorare la città. Il cibo del ristorante dell'hotel era delizioso, con una varietà di piatti ben preparati che hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Tuttavia, il servizio della cena durante la notte di Capodanno è stato sensibilmente più lento, probabilmente a causa dell'elevato numero di ospiti che festeggiavano l'occasione. Sebbene l'attesa fosse comprensibile data la frenesia delle festività, un po' più di efficienza avrebbe migliorato l'esperienza. Nel complesso, l'Hotel Budapest offre un'ottima cucina, una posizione privilegiata e un'atmosfera accogliente. Con un po' più di attenzione al servizio durante i periodi di punta, è una scelta eccellente per un soggiorno a Sofia!

Ho scelto questo albergo per la sua vicinanza alla stazione del Pullman. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, al mio arrivo alle 8 di sera, ho scoperto che la mia camera non era preparata adeguatamente per accogliere i clienti. Il letto era pronto solo con un lenzuolo sotto e un cuscino, mancava il lenzuolo sopra e una coperta. La receptionist è stata fantastica, portandomi immediatamente tutto ciò che mancava: un lenzuolo e una coperta. Nonostante questo inconveniente, la mia esperienza complessiva è stata buona, grazie soprattutto alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità del personale.

A lot to love but some big problems too. Amazing location, great big room, and very easy check-in. Love that there's a sofa in the room and a fridge. Problems: - A/C (Or a pump of some sort) extremely loud from 6am in our room (3) and made sleeping impossible, extremely annoying. It lasted hours. - Bathroom had a bad smell like sewage, constantly. - No shower curtain turned the bathroom into a lake every time we showered, even when trying to be careful.

Un soggiorno decente fuori dal centro città Ho soggiornato in un ostello a Sofia, a circa 15-20 minuti dal centro. Il posto era pulito e il personale cordiale. È una zona tranquilla e i mezzi pubblici facilitano gli spostamenti. Un piccolo inconveniente è che le docce erano un po' lontane dalle camere al piano terra, il che non era il massimo della comodità. Ma nel complesso, è stata una buona opzione economica per un soggiorno breve.

Консьерж была очень вежливой и приятной . Сам номер большой . Но уборщиц нужно им поменять. Не убираются .Волосы в ванной , двери в потеках…. Не приятный запах в уборной … но кровать была чистой и белье белье свежее 😌фото не делала так как времени не было …оставалась там на пару часов .
