Hotel 3 stelle a Sofia

Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo ma è molto vicino al centro città, quindi la maggior parte delle attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Snack e acqua sono disponibili nella cucina comune. Ci sono anche diversi gatti, anche se non sono molto vicini agli umani.

Pros: Il design dell'hotel è molto moderno e pulito. Il personale è gentile e amichevole e fa tutto il possibile per aiutarti. Questo hotel è grande sulla sostenibilità. Non lasciano bottiglie di plastica nella tua stanza. Invece, si possono riempire bottiglia di vetro ovunque nell'hotel.Ogni piano ha una fonte di bevanda dove si può riempire la bottiglia. Il cibo era assolutamente fantastico. Il colazione non è un buffet. Durante le settimane, dovete scegliere tra un colazione bulgaro o francese. In primo luogo, mi deluso che non avessero una semplice opzione come un omeleto; sono andato con la scelta bulgara. E' stato fantastico. Tutto era fresco. Nel fine settimana avete solo un'omelette, che era anche grande. Per cena ho avuto il Sea Bass e anche grande! Sono completamente soddisfatto del cibo servito in questo hotel. L'unica critica che posso dare è che la finestra di servizio del colazione è molto piccola e tardiva (dalle 8:30 alle 10:30 se ricordo correttamente) e si deve aspettare più che mai per ottenere il vostro cibo. Cons: le camere hanno pavimenti di tela che sembrano freddi, ma non sono perché credo che usano il riscaldamento del pavimento. Il problema è che non offrono pantaloncini, che non mi piace, perché le stesse telai continuano nel bagno. Non si sente pulito. Non offrono neanche spazzole da denti che avrei apprezzato davvero. Ho dovuto smontare il frigo, dal momento che il compressore ha fatto un sacco di rumore quando si spostava e sono un sonnoletto leggero. In generale, consiglierei questo posto se la posizione ti sta bene, portare solo i tuoi pantaloni e godersi il cibo!

Hotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

La stanza è molto buona, la posizione è anche molto buona, andare al centro della città molto vicino

Ho scelto questo albergo per la sua vicinanza alla stazione del Pullman. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, al mio arrivo alle 8 di sera, ho scoperto che la mia camera non era preparata adeguatamente per accogliere i clienti. Il letto era pronto solo con un lenzuolo sotto e un cuscino, mancava il lenzuolo sopra e una coperta. La receptionist è stata fantastica, portandomi immediatamente tutto ciò che mancava: un lenzuolo e una coperta. Nonostante questo inconveniente, la mia esperienza complessiva è stata buona, grazie soprattutto alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità del personale.

Останавливались на одну ночь, номер делюкс на 7 этаже. Хороший отель. Отличное месторасположение. Удобные кровати. Вкусный кофе из капсульной кофемашины. Из минусов: в нашем номере интернет ловил только у входной двери. Плохо работал душ. Ночью шумновато из-за технических помещений и систем кондиционирования внизу на улице.

A lot to love but some big problems too. Amazing location, great big room, and very easy check-in. Love that there's a sofa in the room and a fridge. Problems: - A/C (Or a pump of some sort) extremely loud from 6am in our room (3) and made sleeping impossible, extremely annoying. It lasted hours. - Bathroom had a bad smell like sewage, constantly. - No shower curtain turned the bathroom into a lake every time we showered, even when trying to be careful.

Volevo un posto economico per il mio soggiorno di fine settimana, e questo posto sembrava anche bello; mentre le camere erano divertenti, la strada generale e gli spazi condivisi non erano così puliti. Nonostante i dati che mi sono detto che c’era un deposito bagagli gratuito, questo non era disponibile quando sono arrivato - non mi sono nemmeno dato una chiave al mio serbatoio nella stanza. Un ospite mi aveva detto che le scarpe erano state rubate la prima notte, quindi immagina che mi preoccupassi per il bagaglio, perché non potevo tenerle al sicuro. Finito di controllare presto, trovando un hotel economico che prometteva privacy e sicurezza.
