BbabychamBeautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!

- posizione discreta; circa 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Anversa e 2 minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus Flixbus, anche se in un angolo relativamente tranquillo.
- hanno una piccola sala da pranzo comune al piano terra con microonde, frigorifero, bollitore e distributori automatici di snack e caffè. la macchina del caffè ha bisogno di qualche manutenzione, e il distributore di snack è stato fatto durante il nostro soggiorno.
Contro:
- se soggiornate ai piani inferiori preparatevi a tenere le tende chiuse: l'intera stanza è chiaramente visibile dall'esterno dell'hotel.
- la stanza ha tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno, ma non si può fare a meno di sentirsi come se fosse vuota, spoglia e spoglia; ci sono a malapena dei lavori di ristrutturazione interni alla stanza.
- non c'è il bollitore in camera e dovrete depositare 10 euro per prenderne in prestito uno.

UUtente ospiteOttimo ubicazione, a pochi minuti dal centro della città. L'hotel è ben progettato, il personale è amichevole e incredibilmente utile. La camera è ben attrezzata, molto spaziosa e ha un alto tetto. Ha anche grandi finestre che lasciano in abbondante luce solare. Letto e mattina sono comodi. Il bagno è ragionevolmente grande e ha tutte le cose che ci serve. La pressione e la temperatura dell'acqua sono eccellenti. La stanza è pronta per il rumore della strada, ma non per la strada, quindi il rumore chiuso dalla porta della stanza successiva può essere abbastanza alto da svegliarsi la mattina. La stanza è in gran parte pulita, ma il giardino della doccia ha bisogno di lavare più frequente. Tutto, era un ottimo soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteLocated just outside the train station so it’s convenient. You have to check in in separate building though which is 5 minutes away. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. There is a problem of doubling city tax which it written to be included with the room when paying from this app but then I got charged again in the front desk.

SSuper FurryAppartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed.
NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door.
I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

UUtente ospiteThe room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.

UUtente ospiteWij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats.

UUtente ospiteDe locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum. Tegen betaling konden we gebruik maken van de parkeergarage. Het personeel was vriendelijk alleen de communicatie verliep wat stroefjes. De hygiëne was prima op een vieze pleister op het deurkozijn na. Het bed lag heerlijk, helaas was het vrij luidruchtig dus werden we vaak wakker.

Vi sono anche molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, e non è così rumoroso come alcuni recensioni suggeriscono.
Il check-in è un po'inconveniente, perché è necessario camminare per 17 minuti per ottenere la chiave il processo potrebbe essere reso meno doloroso per gli ospiti. L'acqua calda non funzionava durante il mio soggiorno, e la pulizia, non era il punto più forte.
