BBrugginkAbbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Abbiamo adorato la stanza. Ha una smart tv così abbiamo potuto guardare tutto quello che volevamo. La doccia era bella con gel doccia e uno specchio riscaldante così puoi guardarti subito allo specchio. La colazione era davvero molto buona e varia. Abbiamo camminato per 10 minuti fino al centro. Ci sono anche supermercati nella zona. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto a 10 minuti di distanza. L'abbiamo prenotato in anticipo ed è stato bello. Sono aperti 24 ore al giorno quindi c'è sempre qualcuno pronto ad aiutarti quando hai bisogno di aiuto. Il personale è stato gentile, amichevole e disponibile. Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di nostra figlia qui e hanno decorato la stanza. Hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno fantastico.

TTamilyA beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

CChristianThe hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square.
I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh.
Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends.
In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival.
Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.

CCindyTsangThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.

Prenoterei sicuramente questo hotel di nuovo e di nuovo se il servizio e le condizioni fossero le stesse.
Centrale, la procedura di check-in è stata facile.
Il bar con snacks/alimenti/bevande è stato un servizio eccezionale :)
Suggerimento L'odore del bagno - È possibile risolvere per cambiare/pulire il drenaggio/sifono.
Consiglio: L'aria condizionata non c'era o le istruzioni per mettere il condizionamento non erano chiare. La stanza era troppo calda per dormire. Le finestre di apertura erano una soluzione, ma poi il suono delle voci tra le strade era troppo alto.
Consiglio: Mancanza di servizio con la nostra prenotazione. Anche se stavo cercando di pagare in anticipo. C'era un messaggio pop-up che la camera di mu con colazione non era disponibile. Ma il processo di pagamento era ancora in corso. Dopo di che ho visto prenotare una camera superiore senza colazione. Ho pagato di più per quello che volevo in primo luogo. Non c'era alcuna soluzione dall'hotel e/o Trip.com.

UUtente ospiteWij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats.

TTopperUKL'hotel è posizionato in modo favoloso, è proprio accanto alla stazione centrale e questo evita un sacco di problemi con i bagagli!
Questa particolare struttura ha bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. Quando entri nell'edificio, i tappeti/stuoie sono sporchi e la vernice è scheggiata in molti punti, dando un aspetto trascurato. La reception era chiaramente invasa e richiede lavoratori extra, anche se la ragazza che lavorava al mio arrivo ha fatto un lavoro fantastico nonostante alcune guide turistiche particolarmente imbarazzanti che si sono intromesse per attirare la mia attenzione!
La stanza non era all'altezza degli standard di pulizia. Nessun coprimaterasso! - Questo dovrebbe essere motivo di ammonimento più di qualsiasi altra cosa. Se soggiornassi in una struttura a quattro o cinque stelle senza coprimaterasso, rifiuterei la stanza normalmente. Semplicemente non è igienica. Il balcone della mia stanza era chiaramente non pulito da molto tempo e c'era un posacenere traboccante insieme a cotton fioc e involucri.

Avec toutefois, une toute petite bébête qui est venu me piquer les Pole à plusieurs reprises et qui qui a laissé la vie.
Personnel fort sympathique,
Attention, au restaurant, c’est bon, mais c’est pas donné, il faut compter un peu plus de 20 € pour une simple assiette.
J’ai remarqué quand même un lavabo légèrement bouché en Chambre, 431, sinon très bon séjour dans l’ensemble
