"By Australian standards (not by European standards) the structure has a good value for money. Comfortable room, breakfast acceptable and cleanliness above Australian standards.
The acoustics need to be definitely improved, because you could hear everything that was happening in the adjacent rooms and in the corridor, so much so that you could sleep with plugs due to the lack of soundproofing.
Overall I recommend it for a short stay in Sydney.
A note in favor: the Ibis chain and the Hilton are the only two to have provided, on request, slippers for free (forget to see slippers in the room in all other hotels in Australia). I really appreciated the Asian view of the hotel and also the fast self check-in and check-out."

"It's not a hotel as such, just a large house that has been converted into guest rooms. There is a communal lounge and kitchen which I didn't use but looked nice and functional. I was in a downstairs bedroom so had to carry my suitcase down a flight of stairs. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, fine for a quick overnight stay between flights. Very convenient to the airport. There is no reception or staff on site so you have to contact the owners by phone to get an access code so you can let yourself in."

"Le strutture sono state appena rinnovate e le condizioni sono molto migliori di prima. Sembra pulito e ordinato. Il bar esterno è rumoroso fino a mezzanotte (se vi piace ascoltare musica gratis con vari accenti, è un'altra storia), e il rumore della metropolitana leggera vi accompagnerà fino al sonno.
Una piccola lamentela: gli armadietti si aprivano e si chiudevano passando la tessera della stanza, ma dopo la nuova ristrutturazione non c'è più la serratura elettronica, quindi dovete procurarvi un lucchetto🔒. Se non ne avete uno, potete comprarne uno temporaneo solo al supermercato Coles dall'altra parte della strada.
In generale, offre una certa privacy rispetto ad altri ostelli della gioventù della stessa fascia di prezzo. Dopotutto, ogni persona ha il suo scompartimento e si ha il proprio spazio quando si tira la tenda. Altri ostelli della gioventù hanno letti a castello con struttura in acciaio, simili a quelli dei dormitori universitari."

"My second stay at this hotel, and it was as good as the first. Excellent friendly service, very clean well-equipped rooms, and an outstanding location just 2 minutes walk from Green Square train station. Again the only negative was that the room didn’t match the app photos, being much smaller than what the app photos show for the Max Queen room. The hotel should use accurate photos. But overall, excellent value for money, and I look forward to my next stay."

Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist.
Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends.
Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr.
Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt.
Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren.
Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.

RRNSGrande personale e molto attento a alcune questioni che abbiamo avuto con la stanza all'inizio e tutto è andato bene ....fino ..... A mezzanotte ci svegliamo con urli di una donna (bevuto? **************? Echoing in the car yard , banging on our and other doors and cars using F words ... running around like a mad.. Poi ho sentito uno degli ospiti urlando chiudere il...successivamente ha chiamato la sicurezza del pub e hanno cercato di calmare la donna che non avrebbe fermato e l'uomo vicino alla porta era molto arrabbiato urlando per chiudere... dopo 15-20 min sicurezza e uno dei membri del personale notturno ha scortato la donna che Stava accanto a noi, si è buttata fuori mentre urlava e costantemente si è spinta in macchina
Dopo che mi è andata, ho aperto la porta molto agitata e ho parlato con il personale, e le ho consigliato quanto sia stressante e spaventata la situazione che mi ha fatto sentire con questo rumore. Poi ho controllato la nostra macchina per vedere se era danneggiata o no, fortunatamente non era. Ha detto che avrebbe chiamato il suo manager per ripagarmi o lavorare qualcosa (una stanza gratuita la prossima volta, ecc.) ha detto la stessa cosa all'uomo che era vicino e sconvolto dalla situazione.
Assoluto Nightmare assolutamente!!!! Il personale è davvero carino, hanno provato il loro meglio.

OOh Jia JunLa foto delle camere fornite dall'hotel è esattamente quello che riceverete. Il riscaldatore (cone d'aria) non funzionava bene, quindi l'hotel ci ha fornito dei bianchetti aggiuntivi e un altro riscaldatore, anche se era rumoroso. L'hotel era comunque estremamente pulito. Il servizio del personale è anche buono.

She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too.

SSumi BeenThe hotel is quite away from the town area. But it is quite worth to stay especially for a group with big family. I travelled to sydney with a total of 7 persons. We booked a room in Garden Lodge, the room is quite big and simple. Location abit far from main town, nothing to go nearby the hotel. Only has a 7-11 beside the hotel.

UUtente ospiteWe booked this accommodation due to its proximity to a nearby stadium venue, where we were going to in the evening. We were advised by ”in the know friend” that the overall area is not the kind you want to be out socially alone in after dark hours. This was evident, as 2 Police officers were in the sporting club venue, as we arrived back around midnight, looking for a person of interest. This was of no concern to us, we were not asked questions by the police, It's just that the police had the only staff working that night, attending to their needs. As part of the accommodation offer, we were generously offered a free drink of wine or beer. We were looking to have a drink before retiring to our rooms, so the staff were caught up with the police officers. My group did to other things, like checked out the TAB and seating in the bar area while waited. ( all very clean & tidy btw) We were eventually attended to and we move on, No worries there, my comments are just to highlight the overall societal concerns of Greenacres area after dark, as we could briefly hear the conversations and requests between the police and staff.
Nevertheless. just speaking about the accomodation, my room was very clean & tidy, I appreciated the air conditioner being on already, as I entered the room. I had all the basic necessities that I needed: towel, fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom & toilets were shared, it was disappointing to see one that in one of the two toilets available, had broken seat that wasn't hinged to the toilet (it looked untidy and it was unknown for how long the seat has been broken). Overall I was very comfortable, i felt safe, I had a great sleep. The next morning, I took advantage of the 2 minute walk to the nearby supermarket for some groceries, the Sunday morning staff all greeted me with a ”good morning,” which was pleasant to hear and made me smile. Returning items to the fridge in my room, I then went back out for a walk lovely walk in the sunshine along the shopping *****, for fresh coffee & food from one of the many family run bakeries just 1 minute down the street from the accommodation. Overall i had a nice pleasant experience!
