Hotel 2 stelle a El Nido

Staying at Happiness Hostel was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a social vibe that makes it easy to meet fellow travelers. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel at home, offering helpful tips about El Nido and arranging tours with ease. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a simple but cozy design. The common areas are well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food at fair prices. Location is another big plus—right in the heart of town, close to the beach, shops, and nightlife, yet still relaxed enough to enjoy downtime. What really sets this hostel apart is the sense of community. It feels more like staying with friends than just booking a bed. For budget-conscious travelers who want both comfort and connection, Happiness Hostel is a perfect choice.

From the minute we arrived quite late at night we were welcomed by Nanni the owner. This is a gem of a place. Lakwa has a cool vibe. Great little burger bar, delicious breakfasts and a great bar to hang at night for a drink. Room was very clean, quiet and modern. Nanni and his team offer off road dirt bike tours where you can see places others just don’t get to see. They also provide you with a scooter so you can get around and self explore El Nido. It’s also located 500 metres from the beautiful Lio Beach. Nanni, Alex and the team are a wealth of knowledge on areas to visit and assisted us with booking a tour. The motel room also has an information guide too which was very helpful. We give this motel and staff an 11/10. Can’t speak highly enough on how we appreciated their hospitality.

Il motivo principale per cui ho prenotato questo particolare ostello a El Nido è stato il fatto di aver letto delle recensioni. Wow... non sono rimasto deluso. C'è ben poco che non vada bene quando si cerca un ostello su un'isola paradisiaca. Mi sono divertito moltissimo. Lo staff di The Outpost è ciò che rende questo posto così speciale. Tutte persone veramente amichevoli e brave. Un grande ringraziamento a Francis, Levi e JC. Tour giornalieri ed eventi serali tutti organizzati. Una cucina e un bar fantastici. Viste spettacolari, soprattutto il tramonto. Letti comodi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

L'hotel è semplicemente chic. La vista perfetta dalla stanza, soprattutto un bel colazione con vista sulla spiaggia. La stanza è pulita, deliziosamente profumata di sottovestimenti. Molto accogliente personale. La spiaggia è quasi vuota a piedi. Il luogo perfetto per restare da solo.

L'hotel è ben posizionato. Tutto era perfetto, tranne la direzione. Avevamo prenotato una camera deluxe con letto king-size e balcone. Siamo arrivati ​​tardi e ci hanno assegnato una camera economica nella dependance al piano terra (Camera B, un armadio, non una camera). I receptionist continuavano a insistere che era la categoria di camera che avevamo prenotato perché aveva vista mare, e semplicemente non avevano cambiato le foto, e dopo il tifone avevano smontato il balcone. Non riuscivano a contattare il direttore, senza il quale non potevano spostarci. Abbiamo deciso di partire per il Tour A, abbiamo fatto i bagagli e abbiamo spostato tutte le nostre cose nel deposito bagagli, aspettandoci che le spostassero in un'altra camera più tardi. Ma all'arrivo, ci hanno dato una nuova chiave per la stessa camera economica. Dopo un'ora di ”tentativi” di risolvere il problema alla reception, ci è stata assegnata una camera nella dependance al secondo piano (Camera D). Non ha un balcone, ma è più grande e confortevole (ha una cassaforte, un bollitore e un tavolo con sedie, nessuno dei quali era disponibile nella camera B). Questa situazione ha rovinato la nostra prima impressione, sebbene l'hotel sia per il resto piuttosto buono. Si trova nel centro della vita ed è comodo per chi visita la città per turismo. Il retrogusto è poco chiaro. Avevamo poco tempo per questo posto e non volevamo sprecarlo in riorganizzazioni, trasferimenti o ascoltare persone che ci mentono in faccia con un sorriso. La foto mostra la camera D, quella in cui ci siamo trasferiti.

Sono molto grato al loro staff qui, sono molto gentili e diligenti e sono molto attenti a noi e agli altri ospiti. anche la mattina presto se hai bisogno di qualcosa te lo danno subito, e soprattutto per il compleanno di un nostro amico si sono anche sforzati di disegnare un augurio di buon compleanno sul muro, hanno anche stampato una foto. Tornerò in questo hotel quando tornerò a El Nido Palawan. grazie mille soprattutto a Sir Jhay e Mam Chubby hehe ho dimenticato il suo nome. Grazie mille!!! ❤️ Altamente raccomandato!!!!!! 💯💯💯💯✨

First off, the man running the place is AMAZING. He was so friendly throughout the stay, carried our bags up, helped whenever we needed. We even left items there and he kept them for us. If the review was purely about the service we received, it would be a 10/10. The accommodation is actually in a really cool spot, it’s on the beach so at high tide you need to walk through a bit of water to come in. But very scenic and nice. The accommodation itself is fine. A little dated and could do with a few small fixes. Water pressure isn’t the best. But overall it added to a rustic feel.

Lemuel è un server stellare che non ha mai perso un passo in servizio. Era professionale, caldo, utile, e si reca in un altro chilometro per verificare che siamo a posto ogni volta che può. Guardava tutti gli ospiti, non importa quanto sia occupato, e aiutava a prendere foto anche per le folle. Anche se alcuni altri membri del personale hanno potuto essere stati confusi, la sua presenza e servizio hanno reso tutto eccezionale. Egli ha anche condiviso con noi che la vista del sole dall'hotel non dovrebbe essere mancata, ed è stato bello che siamo tornati in tempo uno dei giorni per goderci la vista dall'hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay and could not be happier. The staff were absolutely amazing – extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The service was outstanding from start to finish and made us feel very welcome. Everything was very clean and well maintained, from the rooms to the common areas. The overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!
