Hotel 2 stelle a Osaka

Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Otrzymałam wiele wskazówek, które były dla mnie bardzo cenne. Blisko lini metra. Prysznic wydzielony tylko dla kobiet ze świetnym zaopatrzeniem w kosmetyki dla osób,które dbają o skórę. Polecam. Jeśli tylko kiedykolwiek zawitam do Osaki to napewno wrócę.

Ogni volta che vengo a Osaka, questo è il mio posto preferito. Si trova a Namba, comodissimo per la Midosuji Line e la JR. Le aree comuni sono pulite regolarmente e in generale l'ambiente è ordinato e igienico. La qualità del sonno dipende completamente dal comportamento degli altri ospiti al tuo piano. Giù, il ramen Kura ha sempre la fila, e proprio di fronte ci sono l'Ichiran Ramen e il Kinryu Ramen.

Honestly it’s better than what you would expect. They have it all. Sauna, Pajamas, place where you can cook and eat. Basically all you have to do is go and bring your work or vacation clothes. They’ll probably have everything else covered. It’s peaceful and not to mention it’s 100m away from Dotonbori. Maybe less I think. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it as well.

Pro: 1. Camera e bagno puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort. Non fornirò foto delle camere, perché sono esattamente come in foto. 2. L'insonorizzazione era davvero buona, dato che c'è un piccolo balcone con vista sulla stazione ferroviaria e mi piace la vista. 3. A pochi passi da Tsutentaku, Shinsekai o Donki, circa 10 minuti o più a seconda della velocità. 4. Vorrei dire ”Arigato” e lodare l'host per aver risposto a tutte le mie domande prima del check-in e durante il check-in (quando ho riscontrato problemi). Hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande in tempo. 5. La stazione ferroviaria situata nelle vicinanze è servita dalle linee JR, Metro o Nankai, che possono portarvi direttamente alla stazione di Minoh-Kayano, Tennoji, Namba, Umeda, Osaka o all'aeroporto di Kansai. È necessaria un'adeguata pianificazione per prendere il treno necessario. Contro: 1. Abbiamo 2 bagagli medi e 1 piccolo e riusciamo a malapena ad aprire 2 bagagli medi pieni nonostante la presenza di un armadio. Un piccolo bagaglio può essere aperto completamente al centro tra i due letti, ma ostacolerà il passaggio verso il balcone (se necessario). 2. La cucina e il bagno diventano piuttosto freddi durante la notte e il riscaldamento non riesce a raggiungere quella zona. Non sono sicuro che il pavimento abbia uno scaldabagno. 3. Nonostante ci sia una stazione ferroviaria nelle vicinanze, è comunque necessario camminare circa 8 minuti in più, a seconda della velocità. Se arrivate con il treno JR, non c'erano ascensori o scale mobili all'uscita vicina per raggiungere l'appartamento. Abbiamo dovuto portare tutti i bagagli fino all'uscita. Tuttavia, se prendete le linee Nankai per l'aeroporto, nessun problema con i bagagli, poiché c'è un ascensore in funzione all'ingresso vicino. 4. La strada di notte diventa piuttosto solitaria e spaventosa se si cammina da soli, ma credo che in Giappone sia accettabile. 5. Nessun ristorante o minimarket entro 5 minuti a piedi. Nel complesso, mi sono trovato bene qui e ho sempre scelto questa zona durante i miei viaggi a Osaka, perché è meno affollata e comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Una cosa da tenere a mente: completate tutte le pre-registrazioni che l'host vi ha inviato via email per un check-in senza intoppi. Vorrei ringraziare nuovamente l'host per la sua ospitalità e per aver risposto alle mie domande.

Non era la mia prima esperienza in ostello e devo dire che sono rimasto un po' deluso. Cominciamo dagli aspetti positivi: La posizione era assolutamente perfetta: non credo si possa trovare un posto migliore in cui soggiornare a Namba. Tutto era vicino e spostarsi era molto facile. Inoltre, il personale era estremamente cordiale e ci venivano forniti asciugamani puliti ogni giorno, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Ora, passiamo alle cose che mi hanno dato fastidio: Innanzitutto, la pulizia: non era proprio pulita. Nelle docce, c'erano sempre molti capelli e sporcizia nelle fessure tra entrata e uscita, il che era piuttosto spiacevole. Durante il mio soggiorno, qualcuno ha vomitato nella zona del lavandino pubblico e la cosa non è stata pulita durante la notte: era ancora lì anche alle 10 del mattino successivo. Per questo motivo, la casa ha avuto un forte odore di vomito per un po'. Quella notte, e in generale, c'era spesso un odore sgradevole anche in cucina. Senza voler fare distinzioni, ho notato che nell'ostello soggiornavano molte persone anziane (dato che a quanto pare non c'erano limiti di età). Alcune di loro si schiarivano rumorosamente la gola e sputavano catarro nei lavandini, anche la mattina presto, il che era piuttosto fastidioso e poco igienico. Un altro problema era la temperatura: la stanza era estremamente calda di notte e, dato che molte persone dormivano nella stessa stanza, l'aria diventava molto soffocante. Anche all'interno della capsula, il caldo era fastidioso. Un ultimo appunto: il giorno dell'arrivo, l'indirizzo su Trip.com era sbagliato, il che ha reso molto difficile trovare l'ostello. Ci ho messo quasi un'ora e mezza per trovarlo, soprattutto perché era molto nascosto e non c'era una chiara segnaletica esterna. Spero davvero che in futuro ci sia anche un limite di età per gli ospiti.

What I like about Jakotel is the location and modern facilities. It is located near Dotonbori and super near Kuromon market (though avoid eating there. It’s a tourist trap with super expensive and not so good food). As mentioned by others, though it says Namba but the nearest station is Nipponbashi. Bed and duvet is comfortable and facilities are kept clean. What I didn’t like is that the shower room is on the first floor for everyone (a tad inconvenient). But since I knew about it from past review, I brought a waterproof toiletries bag. Toilets are on each floor - only 1 per floor. Though there are only 2 shower room, I really didn’t have to wait at all even though the hostel is fairly full. However, since the door to the shower room is not closed, you have to dress inside the shower. The wash basin area is really for just that, washing hands or putting on make up. The other thing that could be improved is communication. There is no way to communicate with the hostel. They don’t reply to chat online and calling them is also not helpful. It’s quite concerning when you want to verify booking, confirm check in details or request for top/bottom bunk. Email for check in came 5 days before check in. Other than the regular cleaners around, there is no other staff. The cleaners are mostly Vietnamese and speak very little English but they do try to help (albeit the language barrier). Check in and check out is automated.

Darei a questa struttura il massimo dei voti; ho trascorso quattro notti meravigliose viaggiando da sola. 1. Nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi minimarket, mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e distributori automatici. 2. L'hotel offre una vasta gamma di servizi e dispone di un piccolo spazio privato. 3. L'insonorizzazione non è eccezionale, ma un paio di tappi per le orecchie risolveranno il problema (indispensabili in viaggio).

5/5　　Vacation ❘ Solo --- This is the kind of hotel you want to return to each time you're in Osaka. The hotel is very new, so everything is exceptionally clean, crisp and gives the feeling of a much more expensive hotel. LOBBY The Lobby area is open, bright and fresh - with a few tables, a bench, with power-points. There's a drinks vending machine and a very high quality coffee/matcha machine at reception which is free to use!! Also a hot-water dispenser and a Microwave available 24/7. There are also separate toilets there. There's a huge TV which you can use to log into all your favourite streaming apps. There's an isolated smoking area for those of you that would need it. They have 3 Laundry washing machines and 3 dryers - which will only cost 480 Yen for a full load to wash and dry. (Get the detergent from reception, and follow the instructions on the door for a warm dry cycle, as it defaults to cool!!) Just ask at reception if you need help!! Internet WiFi speeds are nice and fast.. about 200mb/sec up/down. Which I found to be much higher than average in the places I've stayed in Japan! They have 100 Yen (Returned) Coin-Lockers here which can be used free of charge for 24hrs before/after your stay! ROOMS A lift is available to all floors. The rooms are clean, and adequately sized. The facilities are faultless. Sparkling clean. I like the Japanese-styled toilet, shower/bath, and sink. The lighting in the room is good. The AC is new, so works very well - Ask at reception if you need translation on the remote buttons. This hotel also provides free toothbrushes, razors, hairbrush, bath powder, slippers, bath robe, and if you need to borrow and return - Phone chargers (USB-C and Lightning), Kettle, Iron. All rooms have a small TV, hair-dryer and a packet of earbuds to help you sleep. LOCATION The location is excellent. Straight off the Dobutsuen-mae stop on the Midosuji (red) Line - this makes transit to/from anywhere exceptionally easy and convenient. Yet you can also walk to many local restaurants and shops in this area. You're in the heart of a very touristy area! You have SpaWorld Onsen and Tennoji Zoo within walking distances. So, yes, you are going to hear road noise/sirens and trains running - just use the free ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I am a light sleeper, but slept very well here - The new beds and new bedding go a long way towards comfort! STAFF All of the staff are warm, polite, and can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay here. Very friendly, almost like a Guest-house style. They really appreciate it if you try to speak Japanese with them. Although they can speak English and will use translate if needed. They take an interest and take time to speak with Guests - If there's anything you need, don't be shy and ask - They will try to help!

The facility itself is fine, but the management is terrible. I reported an issue to staff during my stay and was promised a follow-up. They completely ignored me for two days and provided zero updates through my checkout. Their lack of communication were very frustrating. I would not recommend this place if you expect reliable customer service.

I stayed at a hotel in Osaka and had a mixed experience. The staff were very nice, always polite and willing to assist, which made me feel welcome. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the main sights and transportation. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. Some areas did not feel as well maintained as they should, which was a little disappointing. The amenities were just average, functional but not impressive. Overall, the hotel was fine for a short stay, thanks to the friendly staff and good location, but it would benefit from improvements in cleanliness and facilities.
