"Super super great location, close to Lawang Sewu, a mall, and a bus station. A cathedral and an army museum are within walking distance (tho you can skip the museuk tbh). Staffs are great, very polite, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. Quite loyal with the food and they provide water in the corridors. With that price, ofc there will be some setbacks, amenities are minimal, no fridge, no hair dryer (you can ask them directly), but they do provide water bottle everyday. Overall a great service and a pleasant stay"

Fantastico
DDr. OngSono tornato al Patrimonio di Raden Paah Semarang per la mia seconda visita e sono lieto di dire che tutto è ancora così buono come prima.L'hotel è situato vicino a molti posti piacevoli da mangiare, rendendo facile esplorare la zona. L'atmosfera è calma, il servizio è stabile e l'esperienza generale si sente meraviglioso familiare.

TTW2024Booked this IXO Hotel as I like new hotels. A short easy walk from Semarang Poncol Train Station. I like their colorful decorations a lot. Good hot water to shower. The small face basin is not a concern, but they have a small shelf above it, under the mirror, to place the 2 toothpaste sets, and it is hard to brush my teeth. Hard to aim my mouth above the shelf and not to splash water onto the shelf. Great staff. Modern decoration. They have snacks and instant foods to sell at Lobby. Guests can get boiling water and cold water from the machine there. Very clean floor in room 105 but the shower room needs a brush with cleaning liquid. Old towels. Good bed linen. My room is a few steps from Reception so I didn’t use the elevator. Room has 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrush sets and wall mounted shower gel bottle. Can borrow cups from Reception to make our own tea. They don’t give tea nor coffee in room. Only 2 outlets to charge the phones: bed head shelf and under the clothes hanging hook. They manage to have a tv and mirror in room in a very well appointed place. Good design to make use of every corner in a tiny room. Windows can be opened.

2. The front desk staff could perhaps be a bit more confident, which might attract more guests.
3. It's rather disappointing that the water dispenser charges 2,000 Rp per use, likely because it belongs to the adjacent café.
4. It's surprising that no blankets are provided. Having stayed at many hostels, this is the first time I've encountered this, and it's quite inconvenient.

UUtente anonimoHa una stanza pulita con un asciugamano e un asciugamano all'interno. Il letto era comodo e la tavola aveva uno specchio. Avrei suggerito di rimuoverlo in modo più chiaro. È stata inclusa l'acqua minerale. La signora proprietaria era molto gentile. La signora mi ha permesso di andare in prima linea. Quando mi sono andato in uscita, mi ha salutato e ha detto addio. Molto ospite. La posizione è molto lontana dalla strada principale, quindi assicurati di avere le cose che avete bisogno durante la notte o durante il vostro soggiorno in casa. Ho avuto un buon soggiorno qui, e per quanto ne so, questa è l'unica proprietà vicino all'UNNES disponibile su Trip.com. Grazie

This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay.

UUtente ospiteA nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è bella, è necessario passare la piccola strada per andare lì. Molti cibi intorno alla zona. Il personale è molto utile. La camera è piccola, senza finestra, si può sentire la gente parlare o camminare. La pulizia è davvero necessaria per migliorare, specialmente per il bagno, e il letto. Lo spazio di parcheggio è piccolo e limitato, ma non troppo preoccupato, hanno la sicurezza per aiutarvi. In generale è piuttosto bello per l'hotel di bilancio.

Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel
Kamarnya juga cukup luas
Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil
Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
