Buono
UUtente ospiteGood location. Good rate. Free parking. Nice and attentive staff who always have smiles on face. Clean and renovated room but a little basic. Overall good. Will surely return.
UUtente ospiteWhat they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts.
The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast.
Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.
UUtente ospiteThe guy named Terry from the reception was nice, helpful and accommodating. We like the free breakfast. Wifi is strong and AC. The room and washroom were all clean. No bad smell even the bed. The kind housekeeping always clean the room , towels and beddings. I will definitely come back. They didn't charge me for the parking.I had good night sleeps and they gave me the chance to choose a room. Because I have senior citizens with me, the first floor that they gave me was very accessible to us.
MMissNot the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:
UUtente ospiteThe room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again
UUtente ospiteOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
EExplorer001Great for the price. The hotel employees are so helpful especially Kash. He was so helpful with recommendations, transport assistance and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I would book this hotel again and again.
EeshMagIl personale del desk front was welcome. Good value for a short stay. Basic breakfast provided. However, we were surprised by additional parking charges with tax, which could have been renounced.
