Hotel 2 stelle a Cascate del Niagara

Hotel auto, non aspettare troppo, la stanza è grande, il bagno è pulito, e la pioggia è piena!L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è ancora buono. La reception ha caffè autobus. È possibile camminare direttamente per vedere il fuoco. Due strade possono girare a sinistra per il lato della caviglia. La posizione è buona!

This place we affectionately call Nana's. We felt right at home and suitably looked after. The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast. 10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps). Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too. Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

È un hotel accogliente, pulito e tranquillo su 3 piani con attrezzature quasi vecchie. I letti erano davvero comodi ma il sistema di riscaldamento nella stanza era vecchio quanto mio nonno e rumoroso. Questo hotel addebita 27 CAD a notte per il parcheggio all'aperto più le tasse, il che non è affatto una paura.

Inizialmente abbiamo prenotato marzo 12-14. Poi siamo passati a 1 marcia notturna 13-14 ma sembra che l'hotel non abbia ricevuto questo aggiornamento. È stato aggiornato nell'app e pagato 1 notte prima del tempo ma la data non è cambiata all'hotel. La buona cosa che hanno ancora spazio disponibile e il front desk è molto professionale e ha preso buona cura di esso. Piscina è calda e molto pulita. La camera è bella e pulita. Colazione ci aspettavamo meglio, ma in generale vale la pena. Non abbiamo pagato per il parcheggio. Grazie mille!😊

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Not the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and contributed greatly to the quality of my experience. Great for the price. The hotel employees are so helpful especially Kash. He was so helpful with recommendations, transport assistance and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I would book this hotel again and again.
