Hotel 2 stelle a Cascate del Niagara

The hotel room was clean. But there's no coziness, it's kind of cold. I'd change the design. free parking. The hallway smells of damp, as if there is a swimming pool nearby, but there is no swimming pool. The staff is friendly. The TV was turned on and they couldn't turn it off.))) What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Abbiamo prenotato un letto di dimensioni reali ma sono stati aggiornati a 2 letti reali al check-in, che non abbiamo bisogno, ma grazie comunque. A differenza delle altre recensioni che ho letto, mi sono impressionato con la pulizia della stanza. Ci sono stati abbastanza asciugamani che mi piacciono. Siamo solo un po' distratti dal rumore che arriva dal livello superiore, ma è una questione minore. Non abbastanza acqua calda per la doccia e si prega di essere attenti, come il tubo è scivoloso quando bagnato. Hanno anche una selezione decente di colazione.Posso solo suggerire che la signora che fa pancake sia felice e sorridente agli ospiti, perché aggiunge vibes positive. 😊 In generale, anche se non è troppo vicino alle cadute, certamente torneremo qui.

La stanza è pulita, il servizio è buono, l'ambiente è buono, l'igiene è buona, il proprietario della casa ha risposto alle domande che ci consultano in modo pratico, grazie 😊

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Aditi for her outstanding service throughout my stay. She was always attentive, helpful, and professional, ensuring that every request was handled efficiently and with genuine care. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and contributed greatly to the quality of my experience. Aditi is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate all her help. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

Not the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

It was ok for one night, but they charge more for parking than all lots around and the room was not very clean, it smells, furniture had stains , spider webs, extremely dated, and the bathroom wasnt clean, bed sheets were ok but the bed was not comfortable at all, all in all it was ok for one night, location was great!
