Stayed here overnight to see a show at the First Interstate Theater of the Arts. Great location and fantastic breakfast. Parking lot a little crowded but generally adequate. Would definitely stay again.

The night clerk was very pleasant. Our room was mostly clean. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Usually for a queen bed four pillows are provided rather than only two. It is a nice motel, but not sure I can come back. These short sleep nights catch up with me in my older years.

We were welcomed and the staff focused on our satisfaction. The room was comfortable.
They did an amazing job with the complimentary breakfast.
Would stay again at the Madison Inn.

Location makes SH Hospital visits more tolerable. Walkable dining options and decent provided breakfast.

The pillows were flat and hard. All the same thickness. They were so stiff you couldn't even fold them in half. I got about 3 hours sleep my wife 4 hours. Not comfortable at all.

Great staff and location,it is in a quiet area and yet close to downtown. The rooms are spacious and they offer a great breakfast. This stay was our third.

Overall the property was relatively clean, but the room had moldy spots in the shower, several items of food trash peeking out from underneath the bed and the linens had a strong smell that made me nauseated in the middle of the night when trying to sleep. I like how close this hotel is to the hospital, but it could definitely improve in cleanliness.

It was hard to find because of curving roads and strange streets. The shower head was poor. There was no hard hand soap. It might have been nice to have an extra set of towels (I have long hair, it needs one whole towel)
