Had a chance to stay here for 3 nights in May . Location is a good trade off between not wanting to stay in old town and being right next to it . We had lot of day trips planned and wanted ready access to our car and this worked out perfectly . Right from the moment we checked in , we could tell the ultra professional staffing standards . Courteous , polite and always willing to help . Our duplex room had more than ample room for our family of 4 and the 1 and a half bath definitely helped . The breakfast spread was top notch with eggs to order and usual European fare with no reasons to complain and the sun atrium to sit would remind anyone of a great Parisian hotel . The bar scene was quite sad and although listed as open till 11 was dead by 10 pm with lights dimmed . The cock tails were also not upto mark . However , that aside it's the perfect oasis to enjoy your time in Split

Very disappointing. We stayed in the new block (premium rooms) which is delightful and 5 star in look, feel, Aircon, view and all. Pay the extra!! The buffet restaurant is ok, choice a bit limited for dinner and not much fresh fish or seafood as you might expect from a Hilton resort or Riu palace hotel. If you book your meals up front you will get a much better price and at this point they are competitive. Given that there isn't much around the hotel restaurant wise, I'd eat there again. Evening entertainment at 8pm each evening is a chilled out duo that changes. Sometime very good, never bad. Beach... Sadly the private loungers are used by the public at a cost of euro 35 perday each. These are free to hotel guests but all full by 10.30 in high season (by many euro 35 pubic). Seems a bit money grabbing that they don't keep them for guests in this 400 to 500 euro a high-season night establishment. Beach is stony, take swimming shoes. If you want to stay in it near Split this a a very nice hotel, probably the best, but split isn't anything special and we stayed to use the ferries. About euro 6 Uber away. And the elephant in the room... It's an expensive city and hotel.

Questo è un nuovo hotel, circa un anno in una grande posizione. Hai molti ristoranti, una farmacia e un negozio di prodotti alimentari così vicino. Roka il nostro conducente, uno studente medico in vacanza estiva è stato grande. Il personale era tutto bello. Non direi che sia un vero hotel a cinque stelle, in quanto le tovaglie sono piccole, le napkins di carta al colazione e una macchina per caffè al colazione per ottenere la vostra, mai visto prima, ma il personale vi aiuterà. Ma probabilmente il miglior hotel nuovo nel centro della città.Abbiamo avuto una suite junior, questa è molto piccola, con un piccolo salone vicino al bar di pizza e un alto rumore di musica basse il sabato sera. Inoltre, si può sentire la gente camminare in camera sopra. Prenderei una stanza di vista sul mare al piano superiore o una stanza di vista sul mare più grande con una terrazza la prossima volta. Non penso che questo sia un hotel per bambini. Il spa era medio.

La casella di sicurezza elettrica non funziona con la password, l'hotel ha lasciato una chiave per l'uso. Appena tornato da un fantastico soggiorno, in termini di servizio al cliente è davvero incredibile tutti erano incredibilmente amichevole e utile. Camera - Le camere erano spaziose e senza spazi. Ci era tutto quello che avete bisogno. Le letti e le mutandine erano particolarmente confortevoli e di buona qualità.Colazione - un fantastico colazione disponibile con qualcosa per tutti. L'area della piscina - era una bella zona della piscina e il personale intorno al bar della piscina erano sempre amichevole. Il risotto è un risotto che si fa molto piacevole. Il bar - abbiamo goduto qualche drink nel bar - è un'area molto bello da bere tranquillo. It's about a 20-25 minute walk but for us that was perfect - though an Uber / bolt is very reasonable into the town if you don't fancy the walk . Infine, un paio di ringraziamenti speciali Irena alla reception che ha sempre avuto un sorriso e un benvenuto alla cera e le 2 signore nel bar ( mi dispiace non ricordo i loro nomi ) ma sono stati fantastici e meritano una menzione speciale .

The Briig is an absolutely beautiful hotel. From the moment you step inside you are greeted with sweetly perfumed air and a light and airy reception. The staff at front desk were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed a room with a lovely view of the sea and a window that fully opens so as to enjoy the sea breeze. The hotel is perfectly situated next to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the heart of Split - perfect if wanting to walk off a meal. It feels like a quiet paradise away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is very well presented but we were initially not notified that there is a breakfast menu that we could order from - it was strangely hidden away from guests. We are also not initially asked if we wanted coffee or tea and thought that we had to get our own from the basic coffee machine. There was an actual coffee machine that we eventually noticed and had to ask someone for a coffee. The air conditioning is also controlled from reception - but they are happy to set it to whatever temperature you desire . The room we booked had a large kind bed and as I was traveling with a friend, they were nice enough to equip the bed with separate bedding for each of us .

The accommodation has several separate rooms all accessed from a main door to the building then a separate key coded door to a small foyer for Luxury Rooms Floramye and again a separate key code for access to the individual rooms. Very secure and no need to worry about swipe cards or keys to gain access. The foyer had maps of the main tourist area that guests can take along with some other brochures. A stand with umbrellas for guest use was also in the foyer and a small tub chair. The room I stayed in was large along with a separate large bathroom. The room contained a large bed with nice linen. A tub chair and another chair and small table that had coffee brewing machine, electric jug and mugs and glasses and spoon, bottle opener and cork screw. A small fridge (no freezer) was located under the small table enough to cool some water or drinks or a small amount of refrigerated food or milk. A medium sized television on the wall with local channels with the ability to log into Netflix using your own account if you have a subscription . Two large windows with shutters enabled light and air to be controlled in the room. There is also an air conditioning unit. Plenty of lights and power points including USB ports. A large wardrobe with hangers that also has some shelves on one side that has a safe and medical box. There are also multiple supermarkets near the accommodation and a few small food/cafe places and bakery very close by. There is a little traffic noise in the morning and evening rush hour but I had no problem with this and slept well . The WiFi in the room was very good. The bathroom has towels , hand towel, face washer and bath mat. There is also a hair dryer and heated drying rack on the wall for drying towels and power point and a shaver power point. The bathroom cabinet has two drawers for storing items in. The shower has two glass sliding doors for easy access and has a rainfall shower head and a smaller shower head that can also be hand held. Plenty of hot water was always available. The walk to the Riva or the bus station and ferry is approx 15 mins and with two wheeled luggage I had no trouble walking to the accommodation after arriving by train late in the evening. The other main bus station for city or urban buses was also approx 15 min walk. I would say the location is walkable but for those with a lot of luggage or not prone to walking after a day of sightseeing you may prefer to get transportation by bus or taxi . Overall I would rate this accommodation very highly . The owner communicated well and replied promptly with information about my stay and codes to gain access. I had no issues during my stay, with other guests from the other rooms coming and going always being respectful and as quiet as possible.
