It's understandable that you may have been disappointed by the limited options during this time of year. Please note that the limited working hours of our outdoor pool and Mistral beach club is clearly communicated on all our public platforms and booking sites.Regarding the rules in place at our operational facilities, such as the indoor pool and Door Bar, these are in line with safety regulations and standards. For example, food and drink are not permitted in the indoor pool area to ensure the safety of our guests and to comply with relevant laws. Similarly, Door Bar functions as a dining area and certain rules apply to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.We appreciate your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back during a period when all our amenities are fully operational.
