Great hotel. And great staff. The staff is very professional and friendly. She also can say thank you in Chinese. Very satisfying journey. The staff arranged a room with balcony for us. And we enjoyed the perfect lake view there. Everything is prepared well in this hotel. The breakfast was nice. You can enjoy different kinds of coffee.

不知道是不是因為中文媒體對施皮茨評價導致期待太高，導致實際的觀感較為一般，也有可能是住了幾個晚上天氣都很差的緣故。房間除了小外其他還都蠻好的。早餐的View不錯，但是如果不是四個人想坐靠窗的位置有點難度。花園很棒，各種植物水果看的很治癒，甚至撿了一個掉落地上的蘋果，吃起來的甜美現在也印象深刻。

設施：在瑞士住到唯一一家有給拖鞋的酒店，但是淋浴間居然沒有門，水都沖到外面了，很疑惑的設計。 衞生：床上疑似有蟎蟲之類的，大家來住要小心防蟲，住了一晚後手臂和腳上都泛紅發癢。 服務：打掃衞生的不會重新給你放棉簽等東西，哪怕是這麼貴的價格…沐浴露洗髮水都是合一起的，但第一晚就衹剩一點點了，第二天打掃了也沒重新放新的還得打電話要。 入住和離開酒店都有車子接送，要提前打電話和前台説。若是走路到車站要十五分鐘，上坡很多。坐公交可以少走，但是一小時一班，需要時間安排好。早餐選擇不多，不習慣西餐麪包什麼的可能就吃不飽。 環境：spiez的美景沒得説，很漂亮。但是湖景房建議大家看清楚，最後一間的湖景房都是底層+角落的房間，視角很斜。

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.
