Cina: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Heilongjiang

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Il tempo era freddo, ma avevano cuore caldo che ci salutava ogni volta che entrammo o uscimmo. non parliamo cinese e Zhu ci ha sempre accolto e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto domande. E la posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. È possibile camminare intorno alla St Zhongyang o andare in qualsiasi parte di Harbin con facilità.Le camere sono grandi, pulite e con letti confortevoli.

L'hotel non è il più nuovo, ma è dotato di personale amichevole e utile, soprattutto i butler che ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli, ci hanno salutato con bottiglie d'acqua. La stanza era spaziosa e i letti erano confortevoli. La posizione era eccellente. Solo passi dalla stazione di metropolitana e di ropeway della linea 3 all'isola solare. La strada centrale è a pochi passi e ci sono molti grandi cibi lungo la strada.

👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have. 🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff. On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We are really satisfied with the room. It's cosy for us who were tired with travelling things ever since been here from last week. We recommended this hotel to other friends and families all over the world to come to Harbin. Thank you for both receptionist, Ms Sun Minyi and Yang Jiayi who helped us a lot during our stay. We really like your souvenirs. Hope to see you again.

L'hotel si trova vicino a Central Avenue e al Parco Zhaolin, è molto ben collegato e tutte le principali attrazioni del centro sono raggiungibili a piedi. Lo stile medievale e nobile europeo dell'hotel è davvero particolare, ed è nuovo e pulito, il che è un gran pregio. Inoltre, il servizio dell'hotel è lodevole. La signorina Binggan alla reception è stata molto cordiale e il servizio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di lavare i vestiti, l'hotel ci ha aiutato a risolvere il problema molto rapidamente. A proposito, un altro punto a favore: la colazione è eccezionale, all'altezza della reputazione dell'hotel come ottimo ristorante occidentale. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura, e al giorno d'oggi è raro trovare un hotel che si impegni così tanto per la colazione. Se tornerò ad Harbin, soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo al Lizzy!

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

La posizione è eccellente per questo hotel. Il personale è rapido e utile per tutte le richieste. Anche molto amichevole e ospite. Adorate il colazione! La foto complimentare che prende servizio all'hotel è fantastica. Non vi obbligano a pagare per le foto aggiuntive, anche se alla fine abbiamo pagato per più come ci piacciono le foto.
