Ctrip mostra un hotel a 4 diamanti, ma in realtà ne ha solo 2 al massimo... La posizione è sulla via pedonale del Quartiere Barocco, il che presenta vantaggi e svantaggi. È comodo visitare il Quartiere Barocco, ma è molto difficile arrivarci in auto. Alla fine, la guardia di sicurezza è uscita per farci entrare. La metropolitana è più comoda... La camera familiare è molto piccola, il letto matrimoniale è contro il muro e bisogna arrampicarsi ai piedi del letto... È molto diversa dalle foto... Mostra snack, bibite, rasoi, ecc., ma non ce ne sono... L'aria condizionata è un po' rumorosa e la regolazione della temperatura è inutile... Quando sono tornato in hotel la sera, ho visto che il prezzo su Ctrip è sceso da 215 a 138 yuan, ma in realtà era... La camera costava solo 100 yuan, ma la reception si è rifiutata di rimborsarci... La cosa più insopportabile è stata la colazione, 38 yuan a persona, ma c'erano solo uova sode, riso fritto, panini al vapore, verdure sottaceto, porridge e latte di soia. C'erano arachidi e salumi a parte, ma non abbiamo potuto prenderli. La donna al ristorante si è accorta che non avevamo davvero nulla da mangiare e ci ha servito un cucchiaino di arachidi. 8 yuan era il massimo. Le due colazioni incluse nella prenotazione della camera non potevano essere rimborsate. Ho chiesto con insistenza alla reception di rimborsare la colazione aggiuntiva per una persona, altrimenti avrei perso un sacco di soldi... Le immagini parlano più delle parole... Se volete davvero soggiornare qui, non aspettatevi troppo e non fate colazione...

Гостиница отличная, обслуживание тоже на 100 баллов, чистая и уютная. Брали семейный номер с гостиной и две комнаты прям довольны, очень тепло и уютно. На ресепшене есть переводчик поэтому было комфортно общаться. Питание разнообразное на любителя, но лучше брать питание с оплатой в кафе, тогда может получиться меньше чем платить единую оплату 39 ю. Расположение зимой конечно не очень удобно, кто любит шопинг, а летом прям кайф, пройтись прогуляться до Хуафу, посмотреть мимо много разнообразных кафе магазинов 👍. А еще нашли напротив гостиницы магазин большой канц товаров прям зачетный. Вообщем рекомендуем. А цены на трип намного приятнее чем в самой гостинице заказывать.

Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night.

Piccolo ma completo di tutto, la posizione è ottima, proprio vicino a Central Avenue. Anche se la camera non è grandissima, è molto confortevole. I ragazzi e le ragazze della reception sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, quando abbiamo chiesto qualcosa ce l'hanno portata subito. L'unico inconveniente è che trovare un taxi vicino all'hotel non è facile e anche l'accesso per le auto è un po' scomodo. Ricordatevi di chiamare un taxi in anticipo.

La posizione è molto vicina all'aeroporto, circa 10 minuti di auto. Servizio di trasporto aereo gratuito di cabina per l'aeroporto è fornito, il conducente ha aiutato a trasportare e organizzare i bagagli sul furgone. La varietà del colazione è buona e piacevole. La camera è spaziosa e la pulizia è magnifica. Ascensore, servizio lavanderia, palestra sono forniti.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially staff with tag No. 041 and there was a girl staff who help to assist me when I asked for pharmacy. Breakfast served was basic chinese breakfast. Each person get a hard boiled eggs and buffet style. You decide if you want to eat or take the eggs only. Room was just nice. It was a bit too cold for us and they let us have portable heater. You only need to ask for it okay. They have washing machine but no dryer so you need to be creative how to dry your own clothes 🤣. Its a bit far from subway but within 12 mins walking distance. My friend and I walked -21 degree to get to the station and it was nice. Many hidden underground shopping mall nearby which is walking distance. I love that the area are surrounded by pharmacy and clinic because at one point we really need to get some medication because our ******* not working. Oh, most of the time we travel using the bus which is 2 mins away from hotel. Its easy and convenient too.

Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Overall it was a nice stayed in Echarm Plus Hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs are kind enough to help us carry our luggage during check in/out. Good location - walking distance to Harbin Zhongyang Dajie and Suofeiya Cathedral. Harbin was our last stop after Yabuli, Xuexiang, Yanji and Changbaisan. We thought the hotel should be better than those we stayed throughout the travel journey unfortunately we felt disappointed that the hotel heating system is not working good enough to keep the entire building warm😅 feeling cold 🥶 when we entered in to the hotel lobby and also the room. One of my friend forced to request room changed at 1am 😭

We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room and were thoroughly impressed with the value this hotel offers. The location is absolutely amazing—it is right next to the Harbin train station, which made travelling so convenient. The room itself was clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a cold day out. The service provided by the front desk team was amazing and very welcoming. A really fun and convenient feature was the delivery robot! If you order food (like *******) or need items sent to your room, a robot delivers them right to your door. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it for the location and service alone.
