Hotel con colazione a Cam Lam

Отличный отель!!!! Нам всем очень понравилось, бронировали на 3 дня , и ещё при заселении пожалели что так мало надо было бронировать на подольше. Полный релакс. Отель большой, красивая территория, море и песок просто обалденные, а самое главное нет такого количества людей как в Нячанге, люди конечно есть, но их не видно что с утра на море тишина свободные лежаки и удобные мешки кресла что после 15.00. Есть 2 бассейна на территории с детскими горками, душ, завтраки обеды не брали так как готовили сами на вилле. Вилла полностью соответствует картинке, всё чисто, постельное полотенца хорошего качества, кровати удобные, мебель не ушатанная всё новое. Кухня полностью оборудована холодильник, микроволновка, мультиварка, набор белоснежной посуды, кастоюли, сковородки, стаканы, кружки , столовые приборы, есть всё что нужно для комфортного пребывания. В ванных комнатах хорошая косметика, огромные бутылки с шампунями и гелями фирмы Watson , щетки и т.д. Уборка за 3 дня была 1 раз, пришла девушка убиралась на совесть я засекла по времени 2,5 ч всё очень тчательно мыло, хотя у нас было чисто мы сами поддержали порядок. На вилле есть свой бассейн это просто класс!!! Персонал очень отзывчивый . Спасибо Phi Toan всё рассказал показал где ,что , как, всегда на связи. Можно передвигаться на багги по территории, но мы пользовались 2 раза при заезде и выезде. Огромная благодарность хозяевам отеля за поздравления моей мамы с юбилеем, указывала при бронировании что будет день рождения думала принесут какой то комплимент, но это был огромный букет из роз!!! Очень приятно такое внимание и отношение. При выезде разрешили выехать позже на 2,5 часа бесплатно. Вообщем мы очень довольны проживанием на вилле уже мечтаем вернуться, но уже подольше. Если можно было бы поставить 100 баллов я бы поставила. При бронировании можно поймать очень хорошую цену на эту виллу , всем рекомендую!!!!

We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

Bella vista, accogliente personale e tranquilla posizione. Belle camere. Ci siamo guidati in piccoli buggie intorno al resort, perché le camere e le strutture sono a distanza giusta. Tuttavia, le questioni comprendono la manutenzione scarsa con un tubo di bagno rotto, un mixer di doccia, le tessere rotte e qualche forma nelle baie. Il personale è attento e molto responsabile, e il servizio è impeccabile. Il servizio cibo e camera era buono, ma la varietà era mancata e non alle norme internazionali dell'hotel. Se cercasse un tranquillo resort lontano dalla città, pensavo ancora di tornare, ma probabilmente la prossima volta si spruzzarà su qualcosa di meglio e di più alta qualità in una città diversa come Da Nang.

This is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte. Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food. There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that. Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play. The room was big and clean The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy.

Abbiamo prenotato una villa in collina per il nostro viaggio in famiglia (non ce ne pentiremo). La piscina è enorme, ma la temperatura dell'acqua non è alta come quella della piscina pubblica. Mia madre si è presa un raffreddore, quindi è stato fantastico per scattare foto. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, con aromaterapia al profumo di menta o qualcosa del genere. La colazione non è stata buona come mi aspettavo (rispetto all'InterContinental Ho Chi Minh City) e i prezzi dei pasti principali in hotel sono un po' alti (i ricchi possono evitarli). Ho ordinato cibo da asporto tramite Grab per un pasto ed era delizioso. È lontano dalla città, ma l'hotel dispone di un bus navetta gratuito che parte alle 11:00 e torna alle 16:00, il che è sufficiente per pranzare in città, passeggiare e fare la spesa al supermercato (Lotte Mart è più moderno). Il prato nell'area dedicata alle attività è sempre bello e al tramonto vengono utilizzate automaticamente due telecamere con luce soffusa. Le onde sulla spiaggia erano un po' alte e mi sono sentito un po' dispiaciuto per non essere andato in mare. P.S. Principalmente ospiti coreani

1. L'area visibile era molto, molto pulita, ma il pavimento era un po' sporco. Ma i servizi, la toletta, ecc. sono molto puliti. 2. Il massaggio è stato il peggiore ㅠㅠ Capisco che duri solo 30 minuti a causa di limiti di tempo. Ho detto ok perché dovevo farlo fare a un massaggiatore uomo, ma... mi ha detto che non potevo farmi fare un trattamento per il viso, quindi avevo solo due possibilità... e anche quello non mi ha soddisfatto, quindi è stato un peccato considerando il prezzo della stanza. 3. Il personale della reception è davvero molto gentile. 4. Ideale per scattare foto 5. Si dice che la bilancia si trovi solo in una stanza specifica (non c'è una bilancia nemmeno alla reception).

what an amazing holiday for both me and my kids. Resort was beautifully kept, clean and practical. done up right and organised nicely. Beautiful villas, great spaces. Restaurant was super good for the buffet breakfast. The pools were super good and also the beach so well kept! Hoping to come back soon!

La casa è molto piacevole per le famiglie. Trasferimento conveniente al centro commerciale di Nha Trang. Il piccolo parco acquatico è divertente quando viaggiate con i bambini. molte famiglie soggiornano all'hotel. La maggior parte degli abitanti dell'hotel sono dalla Russia, Corea del Sud e Kazakistan. Grazie speciali per avere Chili Con Carne o almeno qualcosa di relativamente simile :)

Hotel bello direttamente sulla bella spiaggia. Camere buone con balcone e vista sul mare. Colazione ok, niente speciale piscina mit accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Prezzo per il cibo 3-5 volte più costoso se ordinate da prendere o mangiare nei ristoranti della zona hotel. Meglio noleggiare una bici per 5USD al giorno e andare a shopping e a ristoranti nelle aree viventi (circa 10 km da) Prezzo/qualità perfetto per un hotel con bel giardino. Posso consigliare questo hotel per le famiglie e le coppie. Se avete bisogno di vita notturna e ristoranti nella zona di cammino, continuate a NHA Trang
