UUtente ospiteWe stayed in Alexa villa just for one night as a quick get away, and the whole time we had wished to stay longer. Beautiful calm resort, on a beautiful beach. The resort was very well maintained with beautiful clean gardens, we ate in both the pool and buffet restaurants which we enjoyed.
The villa itself was wonderful. Clean modern homely. A nice little private pool, comfortable furniture, amazing bed and bedding. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Were already planning our next visit.

UUtente ospiteWe spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff.
The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting.
The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth.
We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay.
Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile.

• Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been.
• Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him.
• Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently.
Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing.
The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh.
Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

OOlivanderzAbbiamo prenotato una villa in collina per il nostro viaggio in famiglia (non ce ne pentiremo). La piscina è enorme, ma la temperatura dell'acqua non è alta come quella della piscina pubblica. Mia madre si è presa un raffreddore, quindi è stato fantastico per scattare foto.
La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, con aromaterapia al profumo di menta o qualcosa del genere.
La colazione non è stata buona come mi aspettavo (rispetto all'InterContinental Ho Chi Minh City) e i prezzi dei pasti principali in hotel sono un po' alti (i ricchi possono evitarli). Ho ordinato cibo da asporto tramite Grab per un pasto ed era delizioso.
È lontano dalla città, ma l'hotel dispone di un bus navetta gratuito che parte alle 11:00 e torna alle 16:00, il che è sufficiente per pranzare in città, passeggiare e fare la spesa al supermercato (Lotte Mart è più moderno).
Il prato nell'area dedicata alle attività è sempre bello e al tramonto vengono utilizzate automaticamente due telecamere con luce soffusa. Le onde sulla spiaggia erano un po' alte e mi sono sentito un po' dispiaciuto per non essere andato in mare.

LluvtripThis is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte.
Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food.
There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that.
Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play.
The room was big and clean
The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy.

UUtente anonimoSono rimasto scioccato nel trovare il bagno in queste condizioni quando ho fatto il check-in. L'ho segnalato all'hotel e ho chiesto loro di pulirlo, ma in realtà mi hanno chiesto: ”L'hai usato?” ! ! L'hotel include una spa. Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni in tre stanze, una delle quali era una camera matrimoniale. In teoria, dovrebbero esserci due sessioni spa per 8 persone ciascuna, ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile organizzarle. Ci sono state assegnate 6 sessioni spa in 3 gruppi, e due di queste duravano solo 30 minuti. Per colazione, a meno di 10 minuti dalla fine, non c'erano piatti, né frutta, né caffè. Il cameriere raccoglieva il cibo mentre mangiavi, incluso il cibo non mangiato nel piatto... Ai bambini venivano addebitati 200.000 dong vietnamiti a notte, ma dovevi continuare a chiedere asciugamani da bagno, pantofole, ecc. Ci volevano almeno 20 minuti per averli il primo giorno, e dovevi continuare a chiederli il secondo giorno! Quando sono andato in mare, ho chiesto all'hotel di prestarmi quattro asciugamani da bagno. Mi hanno promesso che non li avrebbero sporcati, ma alla fine ne ho presi in prestito solo due...
Vengono assegnati 5 punti all'ambiente generale, il paesaggio è bello.

UUtente ospiteI slipped and fell in the shower room, and the hotel team did not know how to deal with it properly, and some of them were having not acceptable attitude. The bathroom had no anti-slippery met and I was wearing my own anti-slippery slippers. But still the shower room floor was way too slippery and I fell on my right hand. I immediately felt the pain and could not move my hand. After I got out of the shower, I called one touch service. The lady who picked up initially wanted to send someone to clean my bathroom. I told her that I did not need it to be cleaned since I was done with it, but my hand was hurting. She probably did not understand what I was saying and kept saying she would send someone to clean. then I told her I would like to talk to the duty manager. It was not even 10 PM but she told me it was too late. I insisted to talk to the duty manager because I did not care how late it was. It was my hand that was hurting. Eventually, a male manager came to the phone and asked me again what happened, sounding impatient. After I had to repeat the situation again, he promised to send a nurse to check me out. However, when the nurse came, I figured that he did not say a word of English, and it was very hard for me to communicate with him. And duty manager did not even show up. I called one touch service again a male picked up. He said he was not the manager who talked to me and said that I can use Google translate to talk to the nurse. I mean if a guest was hurt in your room at least you need to have the courtesy to visit apologize and check out what happened. But no, they sent me a nurse that could not even communicate with me. After I insisted to have the manager to come to my room because I know such a huge resort would definitely have a night manager on duty. At this point, it was not about me falling in the shower room, but the irresponsibility the team showed dealing with the situation. Eventually, Viktor the night duty manager came when the nurse finished examining and treating me. He said that it was the afternoon shift manager who picked up my phone. I stated the situation again to him and I did not need any compensation. I wasn’t complaining about him but the afternoon shift manager who did not show responsibility. It seems to me, he was about to get off duty and did not want to take care of anything. This was a safety concern and I’m surprised about the negligence the team displayed.

GGerhard EdeHotel bello direttamente sulla bella spiaggia. Camere buone con balcone e vista sul mare. Colazione ok, niente speciale piscina mit accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Prezzo per il cibo 3-5 volte più costoso se ordinate da prendere o mangiare nei ristoranti della zona hotel. Meglio noleggiare una bici per 5USD al giorno e andare a shopping e a ristoranti nelle aree viventi (circa 10 km da)
Prezzo/qualità perfetto per un hotel con bel giardino.
Posso consigliare questo hotel per le famiglie e le coppie. Se avete bisogno di vita notturna e ristoranti nella zona di cammino, continuate a NHA Trang
