Hotel con spa a Samarcanda

Проживали в данном отеле 3 ночи, одну из которых продляли, все комфортно, отель новый и чистый. Расположение в 25 минутах езды от аэропорты , до основных достопримечательностей можно прогуляться пешком или доехать на такси. У нас был номер на 3 этаже с балконом, при продлении оставили прежний номер, без переездов. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый, завтраки хорошие.

In primo luogo, mi chiedevo se la foto fosse così ai-come un vero hotel, ma era solo bella e tedia come un vero ai. Non ho mangiato colazione, ma durante i miei due giorni a Samarkand, il pranzo era così delizioso che potevo mangiare in questo hotel. Il personale al marte vicino a lui è così amichevole e se si compra frutta lì, taglialo dall'hotel e mettelo nella stanza. Ci sono frutti benvenuti nella stanza, Netflix, YouTube, bagno, è un grande viaggio.L'inglese è anche molto buono e molto gentile Se c'è qualcosa da andare a Samarkand di nuovo, voglio farlo qui

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Light, nuovo hotel. Attento personale di accoglienza. Un grande ristorante è sia più che meno. Il cibo è delizioso e diverso al colazione. La notte è piena e rumorevole. Ma nelle camere è buona larghezza del suono che ti permette di riposare dopo un giorno saturato. Il bagno, la sauna e il hammam sono tutti inclusi nel costo dell'alloggio, per il quale il grande grazie all'hotel.

We had a mixed but overall positive experience at this hotel. When we first checked into our room, we noticed that the air conditioning was not strong enough, making the room quite warm. However, the front desk team acted swiftly and sent staff to help resolve the issue right away. In the end, they kindly arranged a room change for us, which we greatly appreciated. A special shoutout to the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality! Ismigul and Sevinch, along with another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, were extraordinarily warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcome. As for the dining, the food at the restaurant was quite good! However, the dining service experience could use some improvement: Room Service: Ordering room service was rather difficult. The staff taking orders struggled with basic English, which made placing a simple order a bit challenging and frustrating. Restaurant Service: While dining in the restaurant, we noticed the staff were often busy chatting among themselves rather than attending to guests, which felt a bit unmindful and unprofessional.

Miglior in Samarkand Silk Road da Minyon è assolutamente il miglior posto per soggiornare a Samarkand. Bello design, atmosfera calda, eccellente servizio e posizione perfetta. Un'esperienza veramente memorabile molto consiglia.

L'hotel stesso era fantastico. Molto pulito e posh. Il colazione era ampia di selezioni. Piscina e spa era un modo divertente per rilassarsi.  Quando ci chiediamo, ci hanno fatto uscire felicemente tardi. Molto grato! È stato un piacere rimanere.  Solo in basso era la posizione, anche se è vicino a un parco, abbiamo trovato difficile trovare yandex. Era piuttosto costoso e ci voleva 10-15 minuti per arrivare. Poiché abbiamo usato yandex in molte città diverse, questa volta era la più disturbata.

Tutto piace: posizione, camera, colazione. Tutto pulito, eccellente piombo, asciugamani, shampoo, gel da doccia, tostapane. La camera ha un po'di tè, tazza, tè, caffè. Il condizionamento dell'aria funziona bene. Vivere nella 206 camera, la vista dalla finestra non è nessuna, ma non siamo critici, l'hotel era molto pochi. L'ora del bagno è gratuita. Ma il bagno non è molto. Il Hamam non ha funzionato, l'acqua nella piscina è molto fredda e mutata, la sauna è buona, ma nel doccia e nella piscina c'è un duro spruzzo di fogna. C'è una terrazza, con vista sulla vecchia città. Un amministratore benvenuto e bello di Aziz. In generale tutto era buono 👍

Прекрасный отель! Расположен в 15 минутах пешком от Регистана. Номер чистый, просторный, в наличии все необходимое (зубная паста, щётки, шампунь). Завтрак очень вкусный, всегда были сладкие дыня и арбуз. Есть бассейн и сауна, мы бронировали и ходили каждый день. Поездку дарили маме на день рождения, указала это в описании, и для мамы подготовили тортик 🥹 Очень мило!
