UUtente ospiteSituazione e assistenza per gli impiegati eccellenti, offre un caffè continentale molto buono . Molto silenzioso, anche vicino alla strada, che ha consentito una grande notte di sonno. Come punto negativo, il letto era molto morbido, ho avuto dolore alle spalle la mattina seguente.

UUtente ospiteValet e Bellman erano pronti e molto amichevoli. Il check-in era veloce, cortese e molto piacevole. Chiese se c'era qualcosa di cui avessimo bisogno. c'era sicurezza all'ascensore nelle camere. La stanza era molto bella, comoda e pulita.
Il ****** era pulito, aveva vari giochi e alcuni che non avevamo mai giocato. Tutti erano amichevoli, il personale cordiale e l'ospite ci guardavano e ci diede un regalo.
Mangiamo al bicchiere, cibo è stato buono, mi piacerebbe un po'di più varietà, ma tutto è stato molto buono.
Valet e checkout erano un brindisi.Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. è stata solo una notte, un fermo sul nostro viaggio verso la nostra destinazione.

UUtente ospiteNon posso dire abbastanza belle cose su questo hotel. Il personale era bello e utile. Karen e io credo Christine erano i nomi delle signore che mi hanno controllato. La nostra stanza era pulita e sul pavimento che era grande per me con problemi di salute. Il colazione è stato fatto di biscotti di salsa con grasso nel crockpot, uova fritte, tre cereali freddi, bacon, 2 succhi, waffles, bagagli con formaggio crema e viaggiare PB, yogurt, latte. Non ho lamentele .

UUtente ospitePoiché ho rinunciato all'hotel da cui ero stato ingannato, ho trovato questo temporaneamente. Entrambi sono a tre stelle, quasi uno nel cielo e uno sottoterra. Sembra che in futuro dovremo prenotare un hotel rispettabile.

Okay so Heather the breakfast attendant is a shining example of an excellent employee. She greeted us each morning during our stay like we were family and had the breakfast area running like a well oiled machine. Not only does she have items eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels and waffle items stocked, she also comes by to see if you need anything and picks up your table items when you are done 10/10. Now, the house keeping is another story. It appears they are doing the bare minimum to get by. We had to have mold cleaned and removed from bathroom. Had to request sheets, towels and toilet paper refreshed. Dust on chairs and entertainment area. House keeping needs to become a priority at this location. There are other reviewers on this subject. Location is in a great area, can walk to restaurants and plenty to do in the area. The fire pit area is nice, but not lit during our stay. There is outdoor seating, but no cushions, possibly due to spring time and pollen.

We arrived about 1pm from an long drive and was scared we couldn’t check in and boom soon we walked in we get welcome to embassy how may we help you so we was like want to check in early and the lady with the short hair cut didn’t get her name but wear clear glasses was hold please and called someone and we had a room that was so amazing we was tried from a long drive when getting our keys go to the room to the room was just clean the freshness of the room sheets was warm we love it. Keep up the awesome work everyone 👌

TTrip56717233523Never again. We just returned home from a three night stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Montgomery to visit family. We chose it, as Platinum Elite Bonvoy members, because it was a convenient location, and we have stayed in some very nice Courtyards around the country. Upon check in, the front desk employee could not get the credit card reader to work. After several reboots, our card had to be entered manually. We were never offered a complimentary upgrade, nor was there any discussion about points bonus. The hallway carpeting throughout was worn and filthy. The room had peeling ceilings. The room itself was damp the entire stay. The bathroom floor never dried and was slippery. The towels were still soaked the following day. We didn’t request housecleaning the second day because we slept in. We did request housecleaning; at least fresh towels the following day, but when we returned at 2:00 pm to freshen up, housekeeping still had not come. We had to track down a housekeeper and insist on towels; which she eventually did, but never emptied the two full trash cans. One of the outside doors that required a key card to open didn’t work. On a better note, the staff at the Bistro was very attentive and helpful with the one breakfast we had. This place did not meet any standards we have come to expect from a Marriott Courtyard. We will be visiting family there again, but will certainly search for a better place to stay.
