I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel wyndham ion majeatic], and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the attention to detail and exceptional service. Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of genting highpands, offering easy access to major attractions, restaurants. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the central location makes everything incredibly convenient. Check-In & Staff: Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. They were friendly, efficient, and offered great recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for the team. Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely amazing. The skypool offered an amazing view of the city. Cleanliness & Comfort: Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Every space, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, was spotless. The comfort level was also exceptional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. Definitely this hotel is underated. The clean is ok. The hotel is located the top of mountain higher than first world. So much cloudy. So its make always wet over all area. I pay rm270 include with breakfast for 6 people is definitely good deal. All food above average. Definitely its worthy for us. Free kids playground. Free hot water swimming pool and complete accommodation. I will definitely will recommend for any1. Alot of lowest rating at google i think they put alot expectations. 14 jan 25 , Tuesday is my check in date non busy date. 100% Recommended

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.

In generale, il suo decente per un soggiorno casuale - un letto per dormire, acqua calda per la doccia, piccola cucina per cucinare noodles istantanei se hai bisogno, parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti dell'hotel - ma non aspettare molto altro. Sono stati davvero gentili nel fornire frutta il nostro primo giorno, molto gentile hotel per rimanere, tuttavia.. la televisione non lavorava esp la televisione nel bagno non ha un telecomando che funziona. Il gel di doccia non era sufficiente per riempire il bagno nemmeno. La stanza e il servizio del personale erano grandi, ma anche la vista era bella.

The VIP dome, bathroom and toilet were clean and the hot water in the bathroom was great. However, the jacuzzi was a bit old and the hot water was limited. Breakfast is not recommended, however, there was no staff to assist or watch over the preparation of half-boiled eggs, and the breakfast selection was minimal.
