This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

La sessione di onsen ci è stata davvero divertita, soprattutto la piscina Sakura, che era un pezzo di arte. L'unicità della piscina ha aumentato il piacere di immergersi nell'acqua calda in una sera fredda. Le altre piscine erano anche uniche, 1 con nano bolle che ci sono state detto è stato importato dal Giappone. Dopo aver soffocato, ci ha reso la pelle più liscia. Abbiamo anche goduto dell'altra piscina vicino alla finestra che era con la più alta temperatura. Con il vento freddo brivido che entrava dalla finestra ci faceva sentire così rilassati e confortevoli. In generale, l'hotel offre un grande servizio. Grazie ai loro agenti di ospiti dedicati. Abbiamo anche avuto un buon sonno sul comodo letto. Per coloro che desiderano una vacanza rilassante e non troppo lontano dal mondo di intrattenimento di Genting Resorts, l'Hotel Yanné Onsen è una scelta ideale.

Sono stati davvero gentili nel fornire frutta il nostro primo giorno, molto gentile hotel per rimanere, tuttavia.. la televisione non lavorava esp la televisione nel bagno non ha un telecomando che funziona. Il gel di doccia non era sufficiente per riempire il bagno nemmeno. La stanza e il servizio del personale erano grandi, ma anche la vista era bella.

Found my way to Resort Hotel as the God of Fortune welcomes me. My wife went to check in. I saw a poster showing shuttle bus timing between the hotels and to the bus terminal. Then soon we took the lift up to 10th floor. Nothing fancy. The TV was small but we didn’t use it except turning it on the first night to see what was available. The place was mostly cold enough. There was no aircon. Not that we needed any. We turned off the fan during the stay. There were towels in the toilet but we had to bring our own toothbrushes. Found a hairdryer which was useful to dry our clothes a bit.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs
Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬
Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused.
There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍

While there were some initial hiccups during the check-in process, your team’s attentiveness and professionalism more than made up for it, ensuring our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable.

TthedodotsMisleading! Be careful with their packages. We booked a package stay which is over RM100 more than room only as it included breakfast for two. In the details section it clearly stated ”breakfast for two” under dining and ALSO INCLUDED ”grab and go at cheeky grind”. when we arrived the hotel told us we are only entitled to grab and go NOT buffet breakfast. The grab and go is a set meal with limited choices for drinks and a pastry or a sandwich (which was bland btw). SO NOT WORTH IT. Other people staying who took the package was mislead too. The manager was not helpful. He told us to contact trip. No compensation whatsoever, didn't try to help us except send an email. Customer service won't help you. Trip customer service will go around in circles but won't help either. Overall customer service sucks. Location is ok. One of the nicer hotels in genting. We got level 24, we were surrounded by clouds which is nice. Superior deluxe gets us two huge double beds. Suitable for couples with toddlers. If not for the breakfast issue everything else was ok. I would recommend getting room only then paying for breakfast when u get there.

Overall we all feel good n happy n pleasant to stay here. We book the hotel again in future trip.

UUtente anonimoThe only thing i would like to complaint is about their service. Please note i have been here before a couple of times. When i booked the same room as before, this time I have received a different room. I had to go all the way down to the lobby to solve this. I argued with a staff because i knew the room type as i have stayed before. The staff repeatedly said ”sorry maam, we are fully booked.” Classic reply from a receptionist. Then, a staff name Umi came and settle my issue in less than a minute. She looked backed into the records to find my last stay details. She then proceeded to give me the key card. Whats so difficult? Why are they trying to scam us by giving a smaller room? The next issue is regarding breakfast meal. Since i have booked without a breakfast, i then proceed at the counter to purchase breakfast. The staff told me to go up on level 5 to straight purchase at the restaurant. I went and i found they have increased the price and push the price for RM20 extra. I inquired and asked why is it so pricey than before. The staff told me about some quota system and he told me to go to lobby if i wanted cheaper. I was confused why would they sell a different price for in house guest for the same breakfast meal. I went down again n argued n they told me the same thing, after i showed the previous price and they agreed for me to pay the right amount. Imagine the hassle i have to go through because of their poor service. P/s: thanks to Ms Umi for dealing with the issue in less than a minute.

Very clean and comfy.
Check in process can take up to half an hour and starts on at 3pm.
Checkout is at 11am (should consider changing to 12 noon)
Short drive to many restaurants and convenient stores.
Really good stay. Will return again soon.

UUtente anonimoOur stay here was great, Room was complete with all amenities, can cook can do laundry. Building facilities also was nice. Check in was okay for me, as management texted all the details before we arrive. Thank you maple home! Definitely will repeat whenever come Genting again.

Recentemente, ha avuto l'opportunità di rimanere nel nuovo sviluppo di Wyndham Ion Majestic, ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. Le camere sono spaziose e improvvisamente pulite, dotate di un moderno bagno con una doccia eccellente. La pressione dell'acqua è forte, rendendo una esperienza rinfrescante e piacevole.
Uno degli evidenti è la vista incantevole, che si può vedere l'intera Altezza di Genting dalla proprietà, che è particolarmente magico al risveglio o al tramonto.
L'hotel offre strutture impressionanti, tra cui una palestra ben attrezzata, una piscina riscaldata e una piscina tematica per bambini, perfetta per le famiglie.
Le opzioni di cena sono fantastiche. La diffusione del colazione è estesa, la catering a una varietà di gusti. È anche un ristorante di pizza sul sito, dove le pizza sono freschi per ordinarea deve provare per gli amanti dei cibi. Per una serata divertente, il lobby offre un posto per bere dove gli ospiti possono godere di bevande e karaoke.
Inoltre, il primo terminal mondiale di autobus è dotato di un servizio di autobus a pagamento, rendendo il trasporto più conveniente.
In generale, Wyndham Ion Majestic ha un grande potenziale con le sue eccellenti strutture e una posizione fantastica. Atteso la piena funzionalità dell'hotel con il più alto Hard Rock Cafe della regione.

RRishhhhIl miglior hotel che abbia soggiornato a Melaka 😍 il migliore finale che direi, ospite di alta qualità e pulizia senza parole, molto pulito. Apprezzerei il proprietario perché si preoccupa letteralmente del soggiorno dei clienti che includeva anche la disponibilità di parcheggio. I snack forniti da loro riportano tutti i ricordi dei bambini.Grazie ancora, sicuramente verranno qui di nuovo e molto raccomandato.

UUtente ospite1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!

The check in process is super terrible and no clear instruction to people who booked through 3rd party like Trip.com etc that they have to do some registration first before you can even check in, wasted our time queuing at the self check in kiosk, I don't know why such simple notice cannot be place all over the lobby area.
We stayed in non-smoking level but still can smell people smoking at nigh, but at least the room cleanness is ok. .
Oh ya there have people right at the lobby keep asking if you want to buy the room stay, hotel side mentioned illegal but no action taken.
For the amount spent for such hotel room, I don't think is worth the value at all. If you are super gambler then this is good hotel because your routine is just Eat Sleep Gamble Repeat
