Lovely hotel consisting of a few 2 floor buildings within wild garden and water features.
Staff were great and helpful.
The food was excellent with a choice of western or Khmer cuisine.
The room was large, welcoming and tastefully furnished with good shower/toilet facilities.
I would definitely return if the opportunity arose

My second night at Classy Hotel was very good, but not the first night which was really bad -- the air con was not strong enough, and because of a thick comforter, I had a very difficult night, not falling asleep until early in the morning. The twin beds were also very uncomfortable. The next day I was moved into another room, and the air con was very good and the large bed very comfortable, so I slept quite well. The hotel manager later told me that some rooms have weak air cons, which they are fixing -- but why put me in a room with a weak air con at all?
In any case, the breakfast is good (though a few too many pork choices), with excellent coffee. And the large swimming pool is nice. WiFi is excellent, the location is great with many eateries nearby. Even though my first night at Classy Hotel was not good, I will likely stay there on my next trip to Battambang -- as long as they put me in a room with good air con and a large bed.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, dafür bietet es aber alles, was man braucht. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, eine gemütliche, einladende Atmosphäre rund um den Pool und ein gutes Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen.
Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

I left my computer charger cord in my hotel in another city. The staff at the Lucky called the hotel and I was able to talk with them. The next day the cord was at the reception desk all for 2$. The hotel had a swimming on the 2nd floor which was weird but it was nice. Also a pool table, but the restaurant or whatever it was didn't seem to be functioning. It was a little noisy in the morning starting at 6:30/7am. One of the maids was taking care of a little girl who got noisy sometimes. I had to leave Battambang because I couldn't take the 40+ degree temperatures everyday and the dust in the air because the streets were covered in dirt from all the construction going on

DDanicaWell I will start by saying we will be back! We are CNDs semi/retired in Phnom Penh. We needed a break feom the hustle and bustle of the big city and tried this resort. We were greeted with the sweetest most helpful young lady, missed her name, that took great care of us. As we walked passed the pool area and restaurant to our lakeside cabin I knew this was what we needed. It's gorgeous, clean, friendly and gardeners are so busy keeping it all clean but ever so discreetly. It was perfect! We're so happy we've found our escape place! Room 4 lakeside is so private and a deck right at the edge of the pond that has blooming lilies on it. Like a scene from a romantic movie. Thank you reception staff and restaurant staff for a beautiful get-away. We couldn't have asked for more. Oh and the food!! Top notch.

DDennis LawHo impiegato più di un'ora per trovare questo hotel anche se soggiorno a Battambang da più di 3 anni. Nessuno riesce a trovare questo hotel sulla mappa di Google o sulla mappa fornita dall'hotel perché si sbagliano. Questo hotel è in realtà situato adiacente al mercato centrale, l'edificio più alto lì intorno, l'ingresso principale è nascosto sul lato sinistro dell'edificio, molto piccolo e poco attraente, la lobby/reception dell'hotel è al 3/F, c'è un piccola piscina e sky bar al 13/F, il ristorante è al 2/F. Sul 1/F e G/F, occupato da una banca nazionale. Si tratta di un hotel nuovo con un nuovo stile di arredamento ma solo per viaggiatori d'affari, non per relax in famiglia. La colazione a buffet è ottima ma i servizi dell'hotel e lo standard operativo devono essere migliorati.

TTravel with LibertyL'hotel è pulito e confortevole, a pochi ristoranti vicino al fiume, e ha una grande e pulita camera con un ufficio, frigorifero e balcone che dal 5° piano ha una bella vista! È facile ottenere un Tuk Tuk al treno di Bamboo o alle grotte di pipistrelli (definitamente vale la pena una visita).
C'era sempre qualcuno al desk e ci siamo sentiti al sicuro. Internet non era perfetto, quindi consiglierei di avere la tua carta SIM se si prevede di fare il lavoro online.

RRowanL'hotel è più un tre stelle che un quattro, ma è stato bello stare qui durante il COVID-19. Ottima piscina e il direttore è stato gentile. Non rispondeva quando abbiamo provato a contattare l'hotel su due numeri e tramite il loro Facebook per organizzare il prelievo gratuito dalla stazione degli autobus, ma è comprensibile.
C'è una donna più anziana che fa parte dello staff e l'abbiamo trovata molto lunatica. a parte questo il posto è ok.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed here a week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not much in the immediate vicinity but a short Tuk Tuk ride to the centre. The room next door is only separated by a door and one night we had neighbours that partied late and woke early. Not ideal when you have young kids. The property needs a bit of maintenance as our shower dripped water across the floor flooding the bathroom nightly. In need of a spruce up and probably not worth the money we paid.

MMariaThe location is 5-8 minute walk from the center and French quarter, although not bad located it’s a bit dark at night. As a solo traveler it was bit uncomfortable returning alone by foot. The receptionists are very nice and sweet. My room was clean and comfortable although a bit old not bad at all. I did have a few ants here and there. Overall for just 1 or 2 nights it is not a bad option given the price!

MMyriamJGThe hotel looks so nice from outside. Their lobby looks luxurious, much better, in fact, than the rooms.
The room is spacious but totally uncomfortable: hard mattress and pillows, the armchairs cushions are harder than the mattress, which means that I couldn't use them. There is no furniture like a closet, it's made of that awful dark colored concrete in bad need of a lack of paint, just like the walls.
The room was reasonably clean and we were asked if we wanted cleaning each day. The day we asked just for a change of towels, nobody bothered to empty the trash.
The room had a nice small balcony, but no furniture to sit outside, not even a rack to hang our clothes or dry our towels.
The bathroom was kept pristine but the shower curtain was a disgrace, not to be touched. We had booked (and paid) for a queen bed but got twins, instead, without any prior notice or apologies for the change.
The hotel location is convenient, along a main road, within walking distance of the city center and the lovely river.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone: it is too primitive for the price.
