UUtente ospiteWe had a fantastic 3 night stay at the hotel enjoying breakfasts and evening meals every day as well as drinks from the bar and their happy hour
The staff were exemplary with all the team making us feel welcome and special
The rooms were fantastic, very large and the bathrooms well equipped and spacious
The pool/bar/ garden area is very calm and peaceful making it a perfect area to relax and recuperate
Breakfasts and evening meals were great quality. Breakfast fruits, western or Cambodian style is offered and there is lots of it!! Evening meals are very reasonably priced and there is a good variety and options
I can’t believe we were so lucky to chose this location and hotel for our 3 day stay in battenbang……it’s outstanding

DDanicaWell I will start by saying we will be back! We are CNDs semi/retired in Phnom Penh. We needed a break feom the hustle and bustle of the big city and tried this resort. We were greeted with the sweetest most helpful young lady, missed her name, that took great care of us. As we walked passed the pool area and restaurant to our lakeside cabin I knew this was what we needed. It's gorgeous, clean, friendly and gardeners are so busy keeping it all clean but ever so discreetly. It was perfect! We're so happy we've found our escape place! Room 4 lakeside is so private and a deck right at the edge of the pond that has blooming lilies on it. Like a scene from a romantic movie. Thank you reception staff and restaurant staff for a beautiful get-away. We couldn't have asked for more. Oh and the food!! Top notch.

Staff were great and helpful.
The food was excellent with a choice of western or Khmer cuisine.
The room was large, welcoming and tastefully furnished with good shower/toilet facilities.
I would definitely return if the opportunity arose

UUtente ospiteThe room is beautiful but I don't love the tiles. I wish they installed a ceiling fan at the balcony.
Bathroom tiles are a bit tired. I don't like how they put the shower gel etc in a bottle.
I wish they provided slippers as the room floor is fully tiled, not wooden flooring. The room also doesn't have phone, so for sny request, you have to go down.
The staff were great, spoke good English and they recommended a great tuktuk driver and booked our bus ticket to Siem Reap. The hotel did not charge extra for the services.

UUtente anonimoDas Hotel liegt etwas abseits, dafür bietet es aber alles, was man braucht. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, eine gemütliche, einladende Atmosphäre rund um den Pool und ein gutes Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen.
Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

UUtente ospiteWe stayed here a week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not much in the immediate vicinity but a short Tuk Tuk ride to the centre. The room next door is only separated by a door and one night we had neighbours that partied late and woke early. Not ideal when you have young kids. The property needs a bit of maintenance as our shower dripped water across the floor flooding the bathroom nightly. In need of a spruce up and probably not worth the money we paid.

FFatima SiddiquiL'Hotel Seng Hout è stato ampliato in modo significativo e ora ha 2 edifici. La sicurezza è leggermente compromesso, poiché c'è ora una passeggiata all'aperto lungo le finestre di molte camere, con alcune di queste finestre incapace di chiudere completamente - anche se non c'è stato alcun incidente di sicurezza effettivo durante il nostro soggiorno. Le strutture e la pulizia sono minime ma funzionali. Il personale si batte un po' con semplici richieste come la carta da bagno o le maglie supplementari (il maglione è più piccolo del letto, quindi può essere difficile condividere in letti matrimoniali - ma non è disponibile alcuna altra). Tuttavia, funzionale e confortevole soggiorno per il prezzo.
