Hotel con spa a Distretto di Thiruvananthapuram

The sea facing room floor where we stayed was always wet due to humidity and we had to keep room AC at very low temperature always to avoid the issue which was uncomfortable for us. Also, the washroom had smell of bleach when we entered. The bathtub had black spots too. The food at restaurant was excellent and the breakfast spread was great. One good thing is proximity to Kovalam beach which is hardly 5 minute walk. All in all, it was an average stay.

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

Camere spaziali. Bellissima staffa. Belli giardini. Piscina pulita. In realtà è uno dei tre hotel adiacenti e gli ospiti possono utilizzare piscina, ristoranti, yoga, meditazione ecc in qualsiasi dei tre durante il loro soggiorno. L'accesso alla spiaggia è attraverso le scale o l'ascensore, poi 100 m a piedi sulla sabbia. Gli ospiti sono principalmente d'Europa e soggiornano per i programmi di trattamento ayurvedic - che devono essere buoni, dato che ci sono stati molti ospiti di ritorno annuale. Tuttavia, se non siete in un programma, questa è una scelta costosa per questo settore. Gruppo yoga €20 per classe se non in un programma (che è un po 'molto). Si consiglia di rimanere qui se si cerca un pacchetto di trattamento di lusso ayurvedic.

The staffs both at the reception and the restaurant are really polite and friendly. When I had a question they when out of their way to help. I think the staffs is one of reason the hotel is highly rated. My sincere thanks to all of you

La posizione delle proprietà era molto scomoda. La strada che porta a essa è piuttosto cattiva. Nessun conducente vuole venire e se lo fanno, si caricano in più. Molto difficile ottenere un giro indietro, ma quasi impossibile ottenere un giro da qualche parte dalla proprietà. Il cibo è piuttosto sorprendente. Certamente uno dei migliori ristoranti in kerala. Le camere sono fantastiche, ma nel nostro bagno c'era l'odore di scarico e non è mai andato via, anche dopo che i puliziari l'hanno pulita. Sembra che stia venendo dalla drenaggio del bagno. Se la strada fosse grande e la lavanderia fosse buona, lo apprezzerei certamente 5 stelle.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

Amazing location...just a few walks away from the beach...the rooms are spacious and neat...The room service could've been improved...Rest everything was good... Trip.com was helpful with the support they offered instantly as I had an issue with check in. Rest everything was great.
