This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station.
The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was.
The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast.
The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water.
The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing!
The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me.
There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile.
The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer.
The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show.
A must stay for anyone in the area.

Eccellente
CChuchuingGreat experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un concerto da andare al O2 una domenica sera. Non volevamo provare e allenarci a casa così deciso di rimanere all'hotel Ibis. Non abbiamo mai visitato Greenwich prima di così buona occasione mentre eravamo qui. Hotel.... La stanza di fronte alla casa era amichevole, utile e accogliente era pulita e molto spaziosa. Nessun errore con hotel o camera. Posizione.... Grande posizione nel cuore di Greenwich. Il parco di Greenwich era letteralmente intorno al mercato di Greenwich a 1 minuto a piedi. Altri posti di vista sono tutti a passeggiata. Camminando alla O2, molto bel passeggiata lungo il sentiero di Tames. Ha richiesto 30 minuti. Sicuramente rimarrà al ibis .

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. My room was modern and comfortable, with a great view that added to the overall experience. The restaurant staff were particularly accommodating, especially when it came to catering to dietary needs. The easy access to public transport was also a plus, making it convenient to explore London, though parking was difficult. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Greenwich

UUtente ospiteCi piaceva la stanza, molto grande per due persone, e quando siamo arrivati tutto era pronto. Anche loro hanno messo il riscaldamento nella nostra stanza prima di arrivare. Abbiamo fatto una bella doccia e abbiamo fatto un bel riposo. Tutti i dipendenti erano così amici e di aiuto. La posizione era anche grande, vicino al Museo Maritime, mercato di Natale e Prime Meridian. L'unico commento negativo potrebbe essere il colazione. Possono aumentare la selezione, ma potrebbe essere normale per la cucina britannica. Non sono mai rimasto a letto e colazione in Gran Bretagna prima, quindi potrebbe essere normale.
In generale, ci piaceva stare lì

UUtente ospiteBuon hotel, 4 stelle ma non troppo, vicino ai mezzi per il centro, bus, treni Purtroppo la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni rende le stanze come la mia che dava appunto sulla stazione rumorosa.Doveva esserci la sauna ma alla mia richiesta di usarla era fuori servizio. Non troverete canali TV in italiano anche se c'è una TV molto bella. La colazione ottima . Camere fatte ordini giorno. Personale gentile, disponibile, potreste trovare anche chi parla italiano . La zona, Greenwich è bella, verso il porto trovate molti ristorantini anche italiani, noi andavamo sempre al Bianco. Comodo e bello usare anche il battello per il centro costa un po' di più del treno però e un bel diversivo. Tutto sommato consigliato.

We stayed here due to proximity to the O2 as we had tickets to an event but I don’t think the hotel is really catered towards families. Smells of ********* and the sounds of couples “enjoying their night” filled our room in the early hours. I’m glad my son was asleep!

UUtente ospiteFantastic place to stay if looking for budget option solo or as a couple in London. Very comfortable, modern, clean rooms. Very good WiFi, excellent staff (Vineet and Deep extremely helpful lovely and accommodating). Rooms are obviously small as this is a capsule hotel but really great experience if you’re looking for somewhere to lay your head when in London.
