Hotel con spa a Londra

I had an absolutely delightful 12-day stay at The Landmark and I want to sincerely thank every member of the team. From the very moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I felt genuinely welcomed—almost like coming home. The location is perfect, right in Marylebone, where there’s so much to discover just by walking around. The hotel itself is stunning, with a wonderful atmosphere inside. My room was always fresh and spotless, with no odors at all. Housekeeping took great care with the details every single day, and I truly respect that kind of dedication. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I felt extremely comfortable here. I slept so well throughout my stay—the bed and pillows were simply perfect, giving me the best quality rest each night. Every staff member greeted me with a bright, warm smile, and no matter how tired I felt during the day, that warmth made me feel instantly at ease. I would especially like to thank one staff member, Haoqun, who shares my nationality. He patiently introduced me to the history of the hotel and its landmarks, and through his words I could feel his genuine passion for the hotel and his sense of responsibility toward guests. Whenever I had an issue during my stay, he handled it promptly and with care. This has truly been a wonderful experience—I felt looked after in every way. Such a thoughtful, caring hotel, with staff who really go above and beyond. I deeply appreciate every one of them. They’ve done an outstanding job!

The two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.

First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk team, Melissa and Pallmeet,for their warm welcome upon my arrival. Their efficiency in handling my check-in process was impressive, making the experience seamless and pleasant. Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth. This level of service reaffirmed my decision to return to The Langham in the future. During a delightful conversation with Melissa,I learned about her genuine passion for the hotel, and it was inspiring to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I strongly believe that employees who love their workplace naturally provide better service, and Melissa is a perfect example of this. Perhaps this is part of The Langham’s charm—not only does it attract guests, but it also creates an environment where employees take pride in their work. Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Office Duty Manager Nanyu Nanev,who went above and beyond to assist me when I stored my luggage. His kindness and willingness to solve any issues reassured me, making my onward journey much more secure. His efficiency and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I truly respect his dedication to providing outstanding service. Overall, my experience at The Langham was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

Sì, un edificio stupendo, ma servizio e camera non soddisfano le aspettative.Alcuni dipendenti sono piuttosto ”snobby” e dismissibili, alcuni molto amichevoli, solo standard di servizio incoerenti. Il bagno è stato rimosso, l'acqua è stata assorbita per molto tempo.Il tipo di camera (così) ha avuto un po' di claustrofobia anche quando si guardava negli edifici. Se il segno ”non disturbare” sulla porta, fate qualcuno colpire la porta che ha detto ”solo controllare se qualcuno è qui” - non accettabile! Molte porte a bassa voce e persone ubriache in tutto l'hotel. Non consigliare questo posto se stai cercando una pace e tranquillità. Sulla base della mia prima esperienza, non rimarrò qui, ci sono posti migliori per meno!

本次使用攜程的房券在9月底入住倫敦泰晤士河柏悦酒店是一次物超所值的體驗！ 房券寫的是特大床房，入住後得知升級到河景特大床房，雖然旁邊還有棟公寓樓，但是這個view已經非常絕了。 房間的大小、床的尺寸、各類備品在英國的酒店中屬於佼佼者，畢竟都是奢華酒店了。衞生和設施啥的都沒得説。 酒店地點離市中心其實不遠，和威敏隔河相望，公共交通也方便，附近就是Vauxhall火車地鐵站。酒店附近就是美國大使館和英國軍情六處，安全沒得説。 酒店服務總體也十分熱情，禮賓以及前台實習生都十分友好、健談，傍晚還會有人來客房敲門問是否需要清洗什麼。美中不足是退房了説要收10英鎊服務費，追問了後才説是給全體服務人員的，如果不想給也可以不給。感覺要是在入住前説一下會更好，退房的時候説這個太突兀了。

Excellent and beautiful hotel to stay , except for the service , there are rooms to improve . Stay at other 5 star luxury hotel before , it could be better .

Abbiamo soggiornato al Blue Orchid Hotel per 9 notti a febbraio 2025. A maggio, torneremo in questo hotel per altre 9 notti. I motivi per cui ho scelto il Blue Orchid Hotel sono: tutto il personale dell'hotel è cortese, gentile e disponibile. Sono in grado di aiutarti immediatamente. Lavorano in modo efficiente. Mi riferisco alla reception e alle pulizie. Eli, alla reception, è bravissima e professionale. L'hotel dovrebbe essere orgoglioso delle sue prestazioni. Zong

La stanza del negozio di Waterloo è molto compatta. L'immagine sul sito è una versione ingrandita, ma in realtà non è così grande! I prezzi delle camere cambiano frequentemente su piattaforme diverse e non so perché. La posizione è a dieci minuti a piedi dal London Eye. Ma il prezzo di 2.300 a notte non ne vale la pena. Se puoi prenotarlo quando il prezzo è basso, andrà bene, ma il prezzo è alto, lascia perdere! Il frigorifero è vuoto. Non c'è niente lì.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Dilly per 5 notti, dal 16 al 21 maggio in una camera matrimoniale con letto King size molto comodo. La posizione è centralissima, a pochi pasi dalla stazione metro, dalle principali attrazioni, locali e negozi La struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione poichè le camere e il bagno sono piuttosto vetusti, in particolare nel bagno mancano il doccino nella vasca da bagno e lo scopettino per la pulizia del wc , carenze incredibili per un 5 stelle. Non esiste un box doccia, ma una tenda in plastica...direi che per tali ragioni non riflette gli standard di un hotel di lusso. Tuttavia, la colazione è abbondante e i bar interni alla strutura molto curati. La piscina è un plus per una struttura centrale, anche se l'acqua era un po' freddina Quando siamo arrivati in hotel nessuno del personale ci ha aiutato con i bagagli ed una sera, al rientro nella nostra camera il servizio di pulizia e del cambio delle lenzuola non era stato effetuato. Abbiamo segnalato alla reception tale circostanza ed hanno risolto in breve tempo. Per girare Londra è comunque una buona scelta.

All'interno di una passeggiata a Paddington Station, Inhabit Queen's Gardens è un hotel classico, ma confortevole per soggiornare. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la stanza in altri piani e è stato ospitato sul primo piano per soggiornare per le due notti successive. La stanza era spaziosa e molto pulita. La doccia era calda e il letto era comodo. L'offerta di acqua, tè e caffè in ogni piano, che è stato un grande plus per me. È molto piacevole soggiornare con amichevole e utile personale di fronte.
