Abbiamo un aggiornamento gratuito mentre visitamo durante il periodo di lull. La camera è ben attrezzata, ben mantenuta e ha un grande balcone che guarda il fiume. È sorprendente sia la vista del giorno che della notte. Speciale grida a Whitney Huang che ci ha curati molto bene al colazione.
Abbiamo accesso gratuito alla zona di onsen come parte del soggiorno dell'hotel - che è stato sorprendente.

PPavelThe hotel is located in a village about 15 minutes drive from Nanmen bay. First we were concerned because the village didn't look like a ”tourist friendly” place. But when we had arrived, all our concerns disappeared. The place is very quiet and chill unlike the hussle and bussle of hotels near the beach.
The hotel is a renovated traditional Chinese house. All facilities are new, clean and made with a good taste and attention to the details. What you definitely don't expect to find in the old Chinese village is an electronic toilet that greets you by opening the lid when you coming into the bathroom. 😁
The room was clean, smelled very good and the linings and towels were superb 5 stars level quality.
The breakfast is simple (Chinese traditional) but fulfilling and tasty.
There are complimentary coffee drip bags in each room and also a coffee machine in the bar area.
The owner of this hotel is a professional traveler. He told us a lot about his trips all over the China and abroad and showed his photo works. He also designed ans made some furniture in the hotel by himself.

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

TTim CroweI had an absolutely lovely stay at the Nanjing Tulou Cultural Centre 1945 Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right between two of the popular areas and it is easy to walk to both! The food at the restaurant we delicious for both dinner and breakfast, and the drinks service at the bar was also brilliant, sourcing fresh ingredients direct from the garden for cocktails! The room was huge, very clean and well presented. I’d be more than happy to stay here again.

C'è anche un parcheggio davanti all'hotel. Questo posto è vista da Zhangzhou e l'altro lato è Xiamen. UUtente ospiteLe strutture hardware dell'edificio terrestre sono proprio lì e chi ha esigenze più elevate potrebbe trovarlo molto scomodo, ma penso che le condizioni esistenti siano già molto buone. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo portato i bambini a vivere e sentire la storia, è stato davvero fantastico! E rispetto al Tulou con ”quattro piatti e una zuppa” (bisogna uscire dal Tulou per andare in bagno e fare la doccia), sono davvero grato che la stanza della locanda abbia un bagno privato. La madre del proprietario,. Zia Huang, ha 60 anni. Devo davvero congratularmi con lei: stavamo viaggiando in macchina, appena abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina, è venuta con un palo per portare i bagagli camera, era la guida turistica (ci ha anche portato all'edificio in terra per fare foto gratuitamente), è stata quella che ha cucinato il cibo, ed è stata la stessa che ci ha dato l'ultima goccia. Zia Huang è una grande lavoratrice e gentile e ci fa sentire tutto il calore e l'entusiasmo dei residenti originari di Tulou. Se ne avrò la possibilità, andrò di nuovo a incontrare zia Huang, piace così tanto a tutti noi! Mi piace molto il piatto di funghi rossi selvatici e carne fritta. Zia Huang è andata sulla montagna a raccoglierlo e si è commossa e lo ha mangiato con gioia, ahahah😄

UUtente ospiteI can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it.
Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned.
Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.

UUtente ospiteUna volta entrato, la gente si sentiva molto comoda. La reception era molto intimidale. L'esposizione era molto dettagliata.
