The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

UUtente ospiteL’ospite e tutti erano così caldi e benvenuti, molto gentili ai miei figli, e anche i miei figli hanno lasciato prendere in prestito i loro giocattoli di neve per godersi nella neve fuori dalla stanza. Amo la camera familiare, ho avuto un proiettore, così abbiamo avuto una serata di film invernale. Il conducente Li era felice e gentile di portarci al negozio di comodità locale, e consigliava un posto per le attività di ghiaccio e neve, ci ha portato anche a uno dei cibi halal/musulmano che era a circa 25 minuti di distanza. L'appartamento è così bello e eccezionalmente consigliato.

The fried eggs are the boss's mother is 81 years old. The red sausage is customized by the boss. The taste is very good. There are no preservatives. Stir-fried dishes and cold dishes are all Northeast flavor. I love to eat stewed vermicelli with pickled cabbage. I actually ate a plate by myself. PPOR HUNGIf you’re looking for a true local homestay experience, this is the perfect choice! From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us like family, making us feel completely at home. Their home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious—don’t miss their signature beef noodles, comforting wonton soup, and flavorful hotpot! What truly makes this homestay stand out is the genuine care and dedication of the hosts. They helped us get tickets to local attraction at discounted price. And when we almost got stranded due to an issue with our local driver, 张大哥 immediately stepped in, coordinating help to ensure we were safe and taken care of. Their kindness and reliability made all the difference. For anyone who speaks Chinese (but even if you don't there is always Google translate 😜) and wanting to experience authentic local life with warm and dependable hosts, this is the perfect one! You won’t regret it!

SSato_83L'hotel è lontano, solo bisogno di usare un taxi. Quando sono arrivato, ero molto sconvolto perché era come una casa, non un hotel. C'era una zia che parlava inglese ma non parlava cinese. Ci siamo comunicati per molto tempo e poi abbiamo capito. La zia mi ha aperto la stanza di sopra perché la prima stanza che ha aperto era un odore di merda. Se volete restare, vi consiglio di venire presto la mattina perché sono arrivato la sera e prima di poter comunicare con la zia, il cielo era buio e era difficile uscire a mangiare. La colazione è un porridge cinese in stile a casa della zia davanti. zia è gentile. Se c'è qualcosa che manca, puoi chiedere, ma sarà difficile comunicare. L'intera casa ha solo una stanza per noleggiare, come nella foto, ma il sapone è andato. Room : We book 1 family room and 1 standart room, all room is modern, all room was very clean and warm, they have floor heating, water heater, bath amenities that smells good, very clean and fluffy towels, automatic curtain, big tv, hair dryer, all things you need. Restaurant : The restaurant was very clean and warm. They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. You also can have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and decent portion, the dishes were delicious, our favorite is 锅包肉 guo bao rou, sweet sour pork which is northern’s specialty dish. Service : Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too. Around the hotel : There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too. Overall : We are very happy during our stay in this hotel, it is a memorable stay for us. AAlicePJust book this place already! You don’t need to look any further. AMAZING!!! As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for being a superb host Sandy! Many blessings to you!! 🙏
