兩點不滿意：第一：問我是否續房，我説床單太響，提出要換軟一點床單的訴求，老闆從頭到尾不明確回覆沒説沒有軟一點的床單，衹説給我換房，我想着這樣雙方都麻煩，換床單就可以，等到我同意續房後，打掃衞生的人來了才告訴我根本沒有軟一點的床單，以至於我崽兩個晚上都睡不好鬧騰。 第二：我答應續房後，客服很久才回復我對於價格的疑問，我也沒有多看，第一晚攜程162，到店後掃小程序付款150幾，第二晚直接是188，但是我剛看第三晚攜程也才175，按理説在他那掃碼也就160幾，有看我東西多帶個小寶寶就坐地起價嫌疑。

衞生，交通，服務都很好，但是靠大路邊上的房間有點吵，洗衣服的好像是跟員工公用的，沒有客人獨立洗衣房，烘乾效果比較差，環境和設施減一分
