Il cibo italiano nel ristorante è delizioso. È diverso dal ”cibo occidentale insensato” di molti hotel. Anche il cibo cinese a pranzo è delizioso. Il B&B si trova sul lato, non affollato come i B&B in mezzo, e tranquillo, però il supermercato è lontano, quindi a chi piace gli spuntini si consiglia di portare più snack."

"What a beautiful place to break away from the noise of everyday life! The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean. The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier. Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had. The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor. There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp. The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature. One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭 I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!"

"This resort provides an exuberant, exquisite, excellent experience. The location and layout of the buildings provide privacy with easy access to several wonderful facilities. There are activities for people of all ages, from young children to their parents. The dishes offered at the Kikaboni restaurant are a fabulous blend of western and Chinese tastes, every one scrumptious! The ingredients at all of the restaurants are very fresh, because much of them are grown at the farm just across the road from the reception building. Every day, even through the winter, fresh produce is harvested from the well-organized greenhouses. The breakfast is extensive, with many options both western and Chinese to delight your palate and fill your stomach. Finally, the decorations throughout the resort are unique and made of local materials, the result of an informal competition among the staff to make better and better artistic creations. All in all, I highly recommend the Naked Stables Resort. You won't be disappointed."

Il servizio era assolutamente in un altro livello. Il personale era caldo, attento e veramente dedicato a rendere il nostro soggiorno eccezionale. La loro ospitetà ha davvero fissato il standard per ciò che un hotel dovrebbe essere. "A fantastic 4 night stay. The indoor pool and play place were great for our 4 and 1 year old in the middle of winter. The accommodation was great, and our daughters loved the golf cart rides around the huge resort. Friendly staff, and the wechat butler (Yi Yan) was phenomenal help. No real need for perfect Chinese, but the more you speak the more you will enjoy the resort. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy for 4 days 👍"

"朋友推薦的酒店，地下車庫很大，車位充足，充電樁也挺多，唯一美中不足就是充電線長度不是非常適宜我們的車輛。 酒店的電梯間乾淨通風沒有異味，尤其是沒有煙味；大堂的環境也非常敞亮，前台和客房的服務也都是超好的。我們本來預訂是下午2點左右到店裡，結果因為行程提前了兩小時到達，酒店也很快調劑出空房間儘快安排入住，前台很耐心幫我們跟客房溝通，確保我們一行人儘量保證在一個樓層，還貼心贈送了水果。房間寬敞、整潔，沒有煙味和其他異味，通風良好，採光很好。 早餐在4層，品種很多樣，味道也都不錯，水果和蔬菜類很新鮮。餐廳的工作人員也都態度很好，收盤子的時候會提前問是否還需要是否可以幫您先收走，體驗感很好。周邊的交通也很方便，大約步行10來分鐘就是銀泰城，開車半小時就是天際森谷。次日退房的時候前台小哥哥小姐姐還貼心多送了兩瓶水提醒天氣炎熱多喝水注意防暑。 已經納入收藏，下次來湖州就住這裏啦！"

What really made the experience special was the incredibly friendly family who owns the hotel. They were genuinely dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible.
