The staff at the reception during check-in was very friendly and helpful. There weren't any disposable slippers when we checked in and thought it's part of the saving the earth efforts. Then there were no bath salts for the bath tub. To our dismay, one of the drinking glass was chipped. We were worried that the kids may cut themselves so I left a note to change the chipped glass before we left the room in the morning. Then we returned to a room with sllippers and bath salts and the glass changed. Wondering if the slippers and bath salts were a miss from the housekeeping or the hotel threw them in to compensate for the chipped glass. Anyway, the amenities were not replenished fully for the following days during the stay. Slippers were not replenished even when we threw away the dirty and wet ones. Bath salts were not replenished on certain days so such inconsistencies were not very pleasant for the price we paid for a high end luxurious hotel. A disappointment to be honest. Maybe Fullerton Hotel needs to retrain their chambermaids to be more attentive to the details to uphold the reputation of the hotel.

La struttura è molto buona, ma un po' costosa per l'hotel. Non è molto sicuro di essere un hotel a cinque stelle, perché ho soggiornato in molti hotel in Asia e Medio Oriente. Il buffet per colazione non era in grado di rispettare i miei standard.L'ordine di omelette è preso in privato dal cameriere piuttosto che vedere la vostra omelette e così via.La varietà di pasticceria era buona.Non c'era una stazione ufficiale di caffè quando l'ordine è preso all'arrivo. I frequently stay in hotels in Sydney, and this has been the worst experience. First, I booked a twin room, but when I arrived at 5 p.m., they gave me a double room. When I went downstairs to request a change, they said I had to wait. After complaining, they finally gave me a twin room, but it was the smallest twin bed I’ve ever seen in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Sydney. The next morning, when I left, I forgot to take a T-shirt that was hanging in the wardrobe. I called the hotel the same day to ask about it and was told to wait. After waiting for a whole day, I called again, and the security team said they couldn’t find it from their database. How ridiculous it is! Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again!

My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

L'hotel è facilmente accessibile dalla stazione ferroviaria (come è un po' in basso). Il personale, dal suo ampio sorriso al personale di check-in, è amichevole, professionale e semplicemente un piacere di interagire con. Le camere sono ben progettate, le camere sono assolutamente senza spazi e il letto è molto confortevole. La colazione è buona, ma poche opzioni asiatiche sono disponibili. Va notato che le mappe di Google non sono vere sul fatto che questa parte di Sydney è ”molto piatto” ... così le scarpe da camminare sono un MUST perché l'hotel è così vicino a un certo numero di meravigliosi luoghi per vedere, esplorare e godere di un pasto.

No water bottles, only for premium members, tiny king bed room, unbranded coffee and tea sachets not worthy of a 5 star hotel. Couldn’t sleep because of the cars noise even though we were on the on the 9th floor. To be honest not worth the money.

In generale, era un buon soggiorno e non abbiamo avuto molto interazione con il personale, quindi non si può commentare sul servizio. Check-in e check-out è stato piacevole. Situazione era vicino al centro e conveniente. Amo la dimensione della camera che è buona. Pensero' di nuovo qui alla mia prossima visita a Sydney.

buona posizione e buona vista È stato bello poter mangiare qualcosa. Se compri manzo e agnello da Wools o Coles e lo mangi, va bene! Si noti che la vista del tramonto è migliore della vista di Darling Harbour.

Viaggi di famiglia, il miglior ostello. È stato un ottimo ostello senza senso di apertura, spazio, vista e comodità. Si raccomanda come un alloggio per i viaggi familiari.
