Abbiamo soggiornato lì per 3 notti per la nostra vacanza.
Tutto ciò che ci era grande era pulito, così come il bellissimo vecchio edificio era ben mantenuto.
Il prezzo è stato ragionevole per la qualità dell'interno e delle strutture nella stanza, i servizi e la posizione. Prenoteremmo di nuovo questo hotel se andassimo a Brisbane in futuro.

An older Sofitel compared to some others I stay at as a an Accor Platinum member but my experiences have all been quite postive when I stay here. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful which is what brings me back to Accot hotels, and the fact my room is almost always ready early. Quite a large hotel with a few different options for food and drinks. The breakfast is quite good, alot of options and plenty of room to sit and relax. The gym is on the smallish side but nice pool and amenities. My King room was quite dated badly in need of a renovation but its quite big and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. The location is very convenient if you are coming by train and its only 5 minutes walk into the CBD. Overall a good hotel and experience.

My room has bad internet connection. Its intermitten. I need to go to lobby to have stable connection.
Inform the staff, she will send it team but never happen. After that i inform for the second times. They put note in my room that the technician already reset the connection. But its still not stable until i check out
When you stay @ W you will high expectation. This internet connection is really unacceptable

Rimasi come una famiglia di quattro (adolescenti) in una suite da letto. Arrivato presto e uscito tardi venerdì sera, che era grande. Non c'è vista nella stanza, ma non c'è molto da fare. La piscina era grande, ma il bar di nuoto non era aperto venerdì, nonostante la pagina di casa dicendo che lo era. Era aperto sabato, ma siamo pronti a fare il checkout, quindi non era davvero nella fase del drink. Il salone esecutivo aveva una buona scelta di cibo e bevande. Non avevano altro che birre e vini, così non avevano spiriti, nemmeno basi. Le camere erano spaziose. La porta del bagno non si chiuse bene e non c'era nessuna chiusura che fosse un po' scomoda. Il letto di divano era un po' piccolo per 2 ppl e il letto re era molto spazioso. In generale, è stato un ottimo hotel per un soggiorno di notte come famiglia.

Excellent location in the Brisbane CBD. We spent 4 nights at the four points up for the NRL magic round. Check in was efficient and warm, we were given an upgrade to a larger room. They have black out blinds which helps in the morning, although there is some construction noise across the road. The breakfast was excellent with an egg station. I would highly recommend asking for the island omelette from chef Ajay! Location was great, it is only a 10 minute walk to Southbank & 5 minutes to anywhere else in the CBD. The walk to Suncorp stadium is about 20 minutes and relatively flat. I would stay here again.

Il lobby si scioglie puramente, ma il nostro piano sta sciogliendo terribilmente il bagaglio. Sono appartamenti autoserviti, quindi non si aspetta di pulire la vostra stanza ogni giorno! O di nuovi asciugamani puliti o di letto. Un hotel molto vecchio e la stanza aveva poca luce naturale. Per il prezzo che dovrebbero davvero essere in grado di ottenere un pulizia di vapore e sostituire alcune cose. Bagliore di polvere e forma nel letto, panino di fritto inutilizzabile, bin non era vuoto all'arrivo, vecchie biancheria in lana sul letto che comprendevano un foro bruciato da sigaretta! Le camere sono per lo più pulite, ma il telaio era grotto con diverse grandi tinture. L'appartamento con una camera da letto con una piccola camera è assolutamente inutile.

Tutto sul mio soggiorno all'Ovolo era fantastico. Mi è stato molto colpevole della dimensione della stanza (in realtà mi sentivo colpevole di avere un grande spazio per me stesso perché la stanza è più grande dell'appartamento che vivo!), la decorazione era bella, molto moderna e il minibar gratuito pieno di snacks, La ricezione era benvenuta e personalizzata, e il personale era molto felice di parlare con il personale. Hanno anche camere per cani (Tutti i cani, non solo i piccoli cani) che significa che la prossima volta che rimango qui, portero' il mio compagno canino con me.

Il servizio è stato fantastico, con un grido al personale - Exec Chef James, F&B Operations Manager, Gareth, Christine dal Ristorante Signature per citare alcuni che hanno fatto il nostro soggiorno fantastico e hanno fatto il passo extra. Infatti, tutti i membri del personale che abbiamo incontrato erano molto utili, attenti e felici. Recomandate la piscina al piano di sopra, il bar terrazza per cocktail. Prenota, una perfetta fuga...Lasciate i bambini a casa.

UUtente ospiteWhilst our stay in the Hotel X Suite was pleasant, there was nothing memorable about it. The suite was spacious, fitted with modern conveniences (ie. electric blockout curtains, Dyson hairdryer, zip tap and smart tv) and was generally comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked privacy as it overlooked the street and directly faced another building across the road so the blinds were always drawn preventing natural light from coming in. Also, there is no separate toilet with lockable door. Although, the toiletries were nice and the shower quite spacious. Service was friendly but lacked a personal touch. Breakfast at Bisou Bisou had a limited menu but the food was overall good. The rooftop bar (Iris) had great views, a good tapas menu and relaxing vibe. The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance of the buzzing James Street precinct and a short car ride to the city centre.

This hotel is stunning. The staff at check in & out were super friendly. Room was modern, very clean and the bed was huge & extremely comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants. Public transport and the city. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the deluxe room on level 1. Only let down is, there is no restaurant at the hotel so no breakfast room service.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.

UUtente ospiteI had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). I cannot fault this hotel , very clean , facilities were amazing ( pool, spa and Sauna) , staff friendly and professional and very helpful , buffet breakfast was great! Would recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel Will definitely be back

SSue MGreat place to stay. We were attending a matinee at the Lyric Theatre and Atrio was a much better and cheaper option than staying in town. Just a short walk from Fortitude Valley train station and the city cat ferry at Howard Smith Wharves. Pig and Whistle pub just across the road, plus two coffee shops. Will definitely stay again.

Vomit) Splash marks on walls & roof Cigarette marks on curtains Plastic wrap on smoke detector - fire hazard Shower screen broken Toast still in toaster Bedside light pulled out from wall - electrical hazard Aircon has flashing E7 not working - Fan in freezer missing- - hazardous Shutters broken Unsteady bunk beds No quilts on buck befs Tablets & rubbish from previous guests under couch - child hazard Dirty benches A rat 🐀 floating in the pool Booked due to good reviews on a booking site, proximity to airport & a shuttle bus service advertised as being provided. Had to arrange own transfer to airport, no customer service just text messages. Paid $260 for 1 night non refundable unless canceled day before arriving. Emailed motel & group - no response Unsafe accommodation- do not stay here

Innanzitutto sottolineo che i punti assegnati sono guadagnati grazie a una location davvero perfetta,e un personale davvero eccezionale per gentilezza e dedizione. Purtroppo un potenziale simile viene un po’ vanificato da una serie di punti negativi. Elenco quelli che derivano da mia personale opinione: - Pulizia: purtroppo temo che non abbiano mai pulito,in 2 settimane,la stanza,a parte il bagno e cambiare le lenzuola. Il letto era pulito ma per terra c’era sporco che è rimasto li per 2 settimane. - parcheggio con parcheggiatore: ahimè scomodo perché i valletti sono 1 o 2 e si rimane ad attendere per un po’. Che poi il parcheggio è li a fianco,mi lasciassero parcheggiare da solo….comunque 50 dollari al giorno eh… - internet a pagamento (un po’ lento) - interni pesantemente vetusti - coda alla colazione a causa di una procedura piuttosto noiosa per cui l’unica hostess doveva registrare e accompagnare al tavolo ciascuna singola persona. Risultato: coda di 20 minuti se arrivi nel momento sbagliato. - stessa identica offerta di buffet a colazione per 15 giorni. Insomma ci tornerei per la location e nient’altro.

The staff at these premises were impossible to contact by phone. Finally returned and email to say we had to email copies of photo I.d and photos of our credit card before they would give us after hours check in details. Helloooo, this is 2024 no way are you holding me to ransome like that. Cancelled 3 nights and booked with a hotel in the cbd for the same cost who has 24bhr reception with standard business practices. I'm not expecting 24 hour reception everywhere I stay, but you need to wake up to the scams on today's world and not ask for guests to compromise themselves like that. I would have been more than happy to drop into reception on the morning and attend to security requirements. Not impressed and won't consider this accommodation in the future.
