The location was fine and I could go shopping nearby and conveniently. However, the windows of the room (Room no. 509) were dirty and affected the view. As a whole, it was a nice room.

Cleanliness of room was unfortunately not great. There was hair in the shower and dust everywhere. Charger for shaver was not working and the table light was not working. There was a room phone that was not connected so I had to phone reception using my mobile when I wanted additional pillows. Bathroom door did not close properly. There was no handwash or hair conditioner. Website states there was a vending machine when there isn’t .

The Hotel’s location is excellent, the Hotel was cold as only a few guests staying. There was no milk with our tea & coffee on our first day.

Great location and some good aspects. The reception was responsive to complaints. However house keeping was poor and the carpets really need changing. The hotel has some good points.

Air conditioning was not working , which was bad because the whole reason we booked this hotel during this heat was for some air conditioning, but staff were nice and gave us a fan but we were still abit annoyed The door key was not good kept taking ages to work ,

Terrible. We had a bad experience and the only good thing was only one night. The room was in a state. The AC was not working, the safe was broken with no numbers on it as the front page was taken off. The bed was squeaky. My partner was upset that she called the reception and asked to be moved. We were moved to another room and as we entered the room the window was left wide opened as if someone had just left. The tea spoons were filthy, the toilet seat was broken. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a lot of money for a room like that. This place need some renovations.
