The stay was very comfortable. The attention from the management, especially Mr. Khaled, made me feel as if I was in my home and not in a hotel. The breakfast was more than excellent.

Honnêtement c est mon 6 ème hôtel et voilà enfin la classe, top des tops arrêtez avec vos faux commentaires je m appelle reda benzora je suis comédien et bravo à vous pour cette splendide oeuvre d arts,on appelle ça un hôtel tenu par des mains de maître 💪💪💪🇲🇦 je recommande pas je vous oblige si vous venez à Agadir

Siamo stati due notti senza dormire per colpa della discoteca ci hanno offerto la suite solo se pagavamo la differenza perché non c’erano camere disponibili, la prima sera che siamo arrivati abbiamo mangiato al ristorante perché eravamo stanchi e siamo arrivati alle 21:00 ci hanno fatto pagare il prezzo pieno per un buffet completamente vuoto solo insalata.. personalmente completamente assente menefreghismo assoluto. This is an amazing hotel!!! PLEASE don’t take any notice of the bad reviews on this site. And I am NOT being paid to write this. Breakfast is REALLY good. Good selection - hot food kept hot - pastries - cereal - fruit - omelettes to order, etc. We were half board - and the same is true of dinner. Really tasty with lots of choice. We also used the spa - and were treated SO well. The most relaxing hammam and massage. All staff were really polite and helpful. I cant recommend this hotel more highly :)

Lovely trip . Prestige hotel & the staff was very good & very considerate. Specially the receptionist Rim Tawfig was excellent very polite & helpful. She even guided us through our tours. Would love to come back. I really dont know why people gave negative comments about the hotel its very nice.

We were looking for some cheap winter sun and warmth - overall we were pleased with our stay, however, we were nervous reading the recent reviews - in practice the hotel is of a 3-star standard - its got many good points and it could be much better with an improved choice of hot food and a makeover of its rooms that could bring it back to 4 or 5 star level - its resting on its laurels claimin to be a 5 star hotel. There is a nightclub on site which was noisy on a Friday night, so ask for a quiet room if this is not your thing! Good points - Friendly & welcoming staff - Oasis style hotel layout around central gardens and pool all well maintained - Upgraded to a suite at the quiet end of the hotel (we asked for a quiet room having read previous reviews) - Suite room large size with good balcony - Large clean unheated pool - refreshing when hot - Freshly made omelettes and fried eggs at breakfast - Hotel Location not far from beach - Room aircon - Large Comfortable bed - Small fridge in room - Free WiFi Bad points - Hot food not kept hot enough - Hot food goes quickly and not replaced quickly - need to get to restaurant as soon as open to get full choice of hot food - Not a huge choice of hot food - Sausages servec at every meal breakfast and dinner - Room Looking tired in areas - time for a makeover - No hot water in sunken bath (shower and sink hot water OK) - Room door card not open room 5 times in 7 days and needed a visit back to reception each time to get the card reprogrammed - really annoying

Had my bag searched on entry. They removed couple of tins of beer claiming that I can't have them in the room, as room service is available. How can a hotel dictate what a client brings in their baggage when it is nothing illegal? Stay was average to this point but the receptionists attitude has a lot to be desired with this totally unacceptable action.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The noise from the disco’s is incredible, rooms are dated and dirty. We stuck it out for nine nights, my wife went to the pool on our first day, the floor was covered in green slime and there was a greasy film on top of the surface consequently we couldn’t use the pool for the rest of our holiday, we only saw one other person go into the pool during our Nine days. Complained the manager but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was average but repetitive, if they ran out of something it was never replaced. I cannot believe that they say this a five star hotel they must be deluded. Much nicer hotels nearby and cheaper. I do not believe the positive reviews on this site they cannot be genuine. Stay away at all costs!

Lovely property excellent layout and so calm and peaceful the staff we exceptional couldn’t do enough for us, we stayed for our wedding anniversary and was upgraded to a suite which was amazing, the manager provided breakfast on our terrace and we had our room decorated with flowers and wine, would go again for sure a huge thank you to all the staff There are 3 nightclubs attached to the hotel but we don’t hear a thing once on our room.

**DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - SCAM ALERT!** I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. I booked five rooms well in advance, and despite arriving at the hotel before 11:30 pm, they canceled my booking. Their excuse? They claimed the system was down and couldn't retrieve my reservation. Even worse, I had been in constant communication with their customer service, providing proof of emails that confirmed my arrival—my flight was running late, but I still made it on time. Customer service assured me that my booking was safe. However, when I arrived, the assistant manager had already marked me as a "no-show" and tried to claim they had no communication from the head office. This hotel essentially **stole our money** for five fully paid rooms and is refusing to give anything back. It's a complete scam. They seem to prefer if you buy the room directly from them at a higher cost rather than through a third-party site. **On top of that, beware of the reviews! Most of them are fake and have been paid for by the hotel to boost their ratings with locals.** **BEWARE: This is a dodgy hotel. Stay somewhere else if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.**

This is genuinely the worst five star hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I had to check out after 3 out of my 7 nights because of how bad it was. Staff was absolutely shocking, music playing until 6am every night. I am 25 so don’t mind a bit of noise but I may aswell have been at a rave it was that loud

Don’t believe a word in their advertisement! We are here now- hotel has no elevator, stairs everywhere so you need to haul your luggage up. Group of us showed up after dinner, way past check in time but a few rooms had not been cleaned?! We wanted a non smoking room but it smells like smoke with an ashtray on table. Front desk said “it’s ONLY 15 steps going upstairs” when we asked for a lower level room. The lady that gave us the smoking room said “we can’t do anything if we do not see people smoking”!!!! REALLY? Everything here looks old & mildewed. Can not possibly be a 3 star let alone a 5 star.
