Overall the stay was great! The room was clean and everything was as expected. The location could be better since it’s across the river but the view was great!

Before returning back home, we spent another 3N here and was upgraded to Yarra River view. Requested for them to change the bedsheet as we felt it was a little dusty. They changed it but the housekeeping forgotten to provide us with a bathroom mat and also left our used spoon on the sink. Overall a pleasant stay but I don’t really have that five star hotel feel in terms of the room comfort level and service quality.

Staff check in without request for booking ID or passport for verification & offer a room with occupant occupied. House keeping left a slices on the floor without vacuum for 2 days.

Good location, clean room, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Was given an early check in and late checkout. Affordable parking at $35 Aud/day at the wharf carpark.

Quiet night in 5 star luxury equalled by exceptional welcoming service making our stay very memorable. Tantalising food and delightful drinks in the club lounge together with friendly service provided a relaxed evening.Scrumptious buffet Breakfast

Beautiful view. Asked for higher floor room and they did happily did so. Arrived and asked if I could go up to my room for 15 and get changed and if it was okay to leavey car out the front whilst doing so and they happily let me do so free of charge. Valet parking is available at the concierge very nice people. I needed my car numerous times during stay so I opted out of valet parking and just used the south Wharf car park. When leaving the next day I forgot to get my parking ticket scanned at the hotel and went o leave and the car park was trying to charge me one hundred and 12 dollars. So I re parked my car (it was the far end of the car park so a 5 to 10 minute walk back to hotel. I told the young gentlemen my dilemma and instead of scanning my parking ticket he on his own accord walked with me to my car and let me out free of charge. Highly recommended hotel.

Good location if you are looking to shop in DFO but little away from the city attractions. Comfortable rooms.

Enjoy our stay at Pan Pacific Melbourne. Beautiful city & Yarra River views . Hotel located in a convenient area & walking distance to the tram. Next door DFO shopping center & opposite to Melbourne exhibition centre.
