Hotel dotato di tutti i comfort ma che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, gli arredi e le moquette sono un po’ antichi. Colazione molto ampia, qualità nella media. Molto bella la piscina e la palestra! Il personale è molto disponibile.

It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was not very varied, but all tasted good. I am planning to come again with a group and would like to stay here.

Location wise is great as it’s about a 10 minute ride to GBK and 7 minutes to Lotte Mall. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a large variety but the quality isn’t that great. Room cleanliness is pretty basic, but the paint and wood are chipped and scratched so I guess renovations are much needed. Wish there was a proper spa in the hotel.

Room was really old. Maybe 30 years old hotel. Refurnished but still old. Room was smelly as well. Location is still alright and staff is helpful. Breakfast was okay. Just see how old the hotel is.

The hotel itself is nice, big lobby, good atmosphere. Also the Sushi Restaurant in there is amazing good! Just the way to the sights of the city are far a bit! 20 minutes to independence place and 45 minutes to Batavia old town. But at the end I really enjoyed my stay in polluted Jakarta! Really a pity for the city!

The location of hotel was convenient for me as it was near to my office Service was good and the meals served was good too. Love the poop view!

The lobby looks very new. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious but gives you an “old room” vibe. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room design just didn’t suit me. I would have preferred no TV than the tv in a tv wooden cabinet that was in the room. I loved the view from my room, though. And breakfast selection was decent.
