good location super clean and friendly staff. Only downside is the train can be loud

The hotel is closely located to Akabane JR station, which can provide quick, cheap and convenient transfers to local points of interest like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and more. Akabane itself is quite nice and has a shopping mall with chain retailers, plenty of convenience stores and places to eat/drink. The room was slightly larger than the APA hotel we stayed in after this one. Rooms this size are typical for Tokyo so this is to be expected. There is about enough room to store two large luggage’s, two smaller luggage’s and to open one luggage at a time. One thing to note is the bathrooms can be a challenge for taller people like me, try not to bang your head! Our booking included breakfast, which was nice. There is a choice of Japanese and western option and drinks are self serve. We tried both and preferred the Japanese option. We didn’t have breakfast every day though as we were quite busy. Luggage can be stored for free before check in and/or after check out. Overall very happy with the stay here. While I don’t have any room pictures, I’ve posted a picture of the view from the room we had with a really nice sunset.

Nice place although is slightly smaller. But cant expect much from Tokyo city. Location is near our event place!

Room cleaning its not everyday, its a few days once. No bottle water is given like other hotel, when asked they tell you to drink it from tap water and theirs no safety box in the room. Can just forget the breakfast, it's better to buy it from outside if you are staying for long as the breakfast is below standard and its the same repeating daily. Most of the receptionist is polite, they will greet you whenever they see you. Love the location as surrounding have many food places to eat, shopping places, Lawson beside the hotel and supermarket across the hotel and the station is near by too.

Space is small but convenient. Near the station. Good for shopping and dinner

Extremely near to the metro. It is like 1 min walk. Beside the hotel is full of restaurants and shoppings. Extremely convenient. Only downside is the power socket in the hotel room is limited, it only provide 2.

已從日本返回。 房間比同價位東京酒店多幾平米，已經很難得了，兩大一小一起住沒有問題。 位置方便，離jr赤羽站幾分鐘路程，樓下就有中華食堂和羅森便利店，附近有商場可逛。 洗漱用品自助領取比較方便。 前台熱情，有機會來東京還要住呀，推薦推薦。

距離赤羽站很近，高層景觀很美，很開陽，樓下就有便利店，門口有車位，對面就是超市及24小時烏冬店，還有體育用品店，及一番街，推薦，唯是沒有即冲咖啡包供應。

역에서 2분거리 주변 먹거리 바로 밮 마트 로손 칼디등 위치까지 최고 호텔도 쾌적하고 어메니티도 좋고

amenityはフロントで自分で取る、メモ用紙が置いていないことは不便でした。
