It was amezing service and the service staff was very friendly specially our service team Mr. Vishal, Mr. Deepak and Mr.Mairon.. I recommend to this Hotel just because of friendly service Staff. Full atmosphere of the property was amazing

We have spent 15 days in Fern kesarval and here is what I would like to mention. Rooms were very clean. Food and beverage service was good. Staff is very hardworking. All the team leads and members are truly appreciable for the efforts they are making to make your experience best. I would like to mention the name of a few hard working team members. SHUBHAM from Front desk for always being helpful and calm attitude. RANJITA from F&B for her attitude. RAJU for gentle behaviour. CHUTTU for amazing housekeeping. SHRIMANTA,DEEPAK & MAIRON for always looking for best service. Chef SUMAN for always listening to our requirements and going beyond to fulfill. I am truly thankful to the entire team of fern kesarval for this amazing hospitality. Thanks and blessings be to you all.

I had an excellent stay at the fern kesarval. Just in the middle of north and south goa is located this amazing property. Good food and good hospitality by Mr. Srimanta and his team. Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this place for your vacation.

Hotel staff is very supportive from reception to house keeping especially shubham at reception and in restaurant deepak and srimanta. Hotel rooms are clean and also from restaurant we get customise food items as we stay for long time even we get quick servise for any new dish

Great Experience at The Fern Kesarval Hotel starting from Reception Very humble and polite Person Shubham who take care all people ***** with Jatin and Vaibhav also very polite and caring nature. For Food Section the Person Deepak with proper management taking care of food , ***** with Miron,Ranjita,Kajal,Swaraj,Samntha, Vishal all staff are polite , Care nature. It's a good place to stay at. A lil away from the city life, but still a nice experience. The restaurant is good, rooms are decent and the employees are really nice ... The waiter Kajal and helper Vaibhav did an exceptional job in ensuring our stay was smooth, their warmth added a charm to out trip!

Good hospitality and amazing food.The property is great.Vishal gave us on time food as we Swimming pool was clean and big. The roos were very cozy. Check in was done very quick.No issue in parking as there was huge space. Laundry and room cleaning was done very nicely.
