I was impressed that there was such a quiet and relaxing place in Pattaya. They also kindly provided transportation to nearby restaurants and the service was good. I would like to stay at this hotel again!

It s a great getaway. This place fill you up especially when you need a peaceful, private space. The staffs are incredible frinedly. Location is a breathtaking spot. I would definitely come back. Though the cleanliness if the room/ facility can be upgraded to get all full score.

Love the quietness and privacy of this hotel. It is located at a very private area which only the hotel guests can enter, spent an entire morning and afternoon sitting on the various sofas and beds provided, and the view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking. Only downside was the late check in, arrived on time but had to wait an extra hour for check in, however, the hotel staff were very apologetic and gave us the privilege of late checkout although we were not able to utilise it as we had to leave early. All in all, a great experience and would love to come back again, enjoyed the calmness and relaxation at this hotel

If you like a quiet sanctuary in noisy Pattaya area, this is the place to be.

Over expectation with ice cream buffet in the afternoon while you can enjoy the privately quiet sea view. The room is clean and well designed. Breakfast is unlimited à la carte and very tasty. Very recommended place that you should experience and don’t believe by reading this review only. Book now!!!

The room is a bit old and we didn’t try out the food. But they have extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They provided us with helpful advice on dining options. We were also delighted to be served complimentary welcoming drinks when we arrived and takeaway sandwiches and water, again, for free, when we left. Despite the location being a bit far from the walking street and the beach, buggy car services were prompt and convenient. The car took us to fantastic restaurants nearby (the *****, the oxygen) promptly for free. The place is completely reachable with Grab, so location was not a problem at all. The sea view, especially during sunset was just splendid and made our stay all worth it.

The Monttra has potential to be a nice resort but the owner or director of the place need to take care of it. There is constructions work everywhere and bags hanging around. Cracked walls, debris and all sort of things that have nothing to be seen by guests. A lot of maintenance to be done. We didn’t have hot water on our first night (shower or bath). The phone is broken. The private swimming pool keep emptying itself. The service is friendly but English is to be improved. At the moment it can’t be classified as a five stars resort.

Amazing service, food was the best part, you get an 'a la carte' order as much as you want breakfast, never seen that anywhere else. TV was broken upon arrival, had to call to get it fixed. Location is a little out of the way for main pattaya area. Bad smell from the drains in the toilet. Amazing customer service with a smile.
