Cleanliness - Will clean room only before you check-in and in later days you won't even see them, even when asked them repeatedly to do the cleaning, staff just vanished to never come back. The restaurant buffet table is actually bed for stray dogs and cats where next day they will be serving the food for you and worst thing is they don't even clean the table. Beach is very dirty, they don't care if beach gets filled with plastics and bottles. 2. Food - Tasteless, worst food of this resort, just 1 cook and helper is there. They'll charge you 500 for breakfast and everyday will give only Poori (made of maida) and aaloo chole with normal bread and jam. They don't server a-la-carte hence will charge you 400 for lunch buffet (roti, chawal (lowest quality),dal (only water), 2 sabji (no paneer/exotic dishes))- and 500 for dinner. Better to look for food options outside, we had our lunch and dinner in Annapurna hotel just 50m away to the right of this resort with good food at reasonable price. 3. How to fool people - Don't you go by name ”Sea View-with balcony” as no rooms in this resort is sea view and all the rooms from cheapest to costliest is having balcony. Secondly don't get fooled by seeing bath tub, water doesn't run from taps in bathtub it's just for making fool of us. A/C doesn't works from early morning 10 till evening 4p.m and the reason they will state is electricity is not their, hence sweat it out. 4. Service: The staff are rude and it seems they have done a favour to us by providing us room, if you are late by more than 30 mins, they will stand at your head outside your room as if you are a tenant who hasn't paid their rent from past 6 months and will ask to vacate you in very rude manner. DON'T BOOK THIS RESORT, CHEAP, MONEY MINDED, GOONS, WILL DESTROY YOUR HOLIDAY MOOD. Book Symphony resort instead.

We stayed there for 5 nights with family. Pros: Value for money. Rooms are good and well maintained. Good wifi network and connection. Bathroom has modern amenities. Located near airport. Transport facilities provided at extra cost. A bike rental facility exists opposite to the hotel. Cons: Breakfast and food is not provided as they have no full fledged kitchen. Very limited food items for breakfast provided on request and extra payment of Rs.150 per person. Swiggy/Zomato is not reliable as many restaurants do not deliver to this place. However there is an excellent roof top restaurant called Hotel Runway Inn nearby where we can have good food. No back up power (generator). This is an issue during frequent power cut at night. The location is a bit like a village and far away from prominent tourist spots like Cellular jail, museum etc. The lady staff are not professionals. No receptionist is available most of the time at the front desk.

After getting the consent from the guests only the daily menu is prepared which is very sumptuous, tasteful and delicious. The rooms are very nice, neat, spacious and accomodative to all. They provide the basic amenities like towels, cheppals, soaps, room fresher, mosquito repellent and coffee maker with all the requirements in the room itself without asking it for.Everyday the room is refreshed with modern gadgets. The hospitality of the staff is unmatched, unparalleled and tremendous with smiling face. Every staff take care of our needs in an exemplary manner. Whenever We are asking to go to anywhere immediately Gurusamy sir arranged the vehicle with smiling face.There was no hitch up in our itinerary. Definitely the stay in the hotel is marvelous and exceeds our expectations. We never forget the rich experience that gained in the hotel. Last but not the least that every one of us feels the hotel as their own house. I strongly recommend this hotel for a cozy stay. With heavy heart we left the hotel with sweet memories.
