Le strutture sono molto vecchie, simili a un'uno o due stelle in casa.Letto e tendine sono buone e molto comode.Nessun ventilatore.L'interruttore elettrico globale non è ragionevole. L'obiettivo è che il letto è trasferito, trascinare chiuso accanto, ma il trasferimento è rotto e non è stato riparato. C'è almeno un file vuoto in mezzo 10-20cm, che porta alla finestra non può trascinare. La mattina è molto luminosa e difficile dormire bene.Wifi ha una password, ma ogni volta che si apre, deve essere reintrodotto, molto problematico. In generale, non raccomandato.Ci sono molte opzioni vicine.L'hotel è vicino al cancello principale, ma la stanza è tranquilla, ma non c'è rumore.Questo è buono.Il servizio è fantastico e il livello avanzato.

Just recently stayed for four nights at Solo Paragon Hotel for business trip and enjoyed my stay overall. To be very honest, Solo Paragon was not my first hotel choice when I looked at accommodations in Solo for this business trip. However, there was no other options left when I wanted to reserve as Solo had multiple international events during my time there. Pre-arrival impression was unpleasant as when I texted them requesting for airport pick-up arrangement, they turned down my request immediately stating that they were busy with the international event. Moreover, I requested assistance to send some packages from the hotel but again they turned down my request stating they did not provide that service. I have been working in the hotel industry for a while and fully understand that these two were supposedly the basic service offered to guests, let alone by a property at Solo Paragon Hotel level. At this stage, even before arriving to the hotel itself, I was devastated and had actually looked at other accommodation option. However, as everything was on prepaid basis I decided to just go with it. The tide started to turn when I decided to give the hotel a call one day prior to arriving, as I wanted to understand more about the city (this is my very first visit to Solo). Patty - the lady who picked up the phone, was super helpful answering my questions and really getting me prepped up for my trip. Throughout my stay also, I coincidentally met her almost every day of my stay (usually in the afternoon). She was always being nice, helpful, and friendly. She even assisted me to plan a short tour around the destinations in Solo. Her presence at the Front Desk really brought positive ambience there, in addition to of course all her colleagues in the Front Desk and Lobby area - including the Security team. Solo Paragon Hotel is also located in the heart of Solo, make it super easy to go everywhere. There are Solo Paragon Shopping Mall just downstairs - shops, coffee shops, night markets, and restaurants in walking distance - and also going around by car feels close to everywhere. Definitely recommended for travelers seeking for easy access to various places in Solo. At this stage, the great staff and strategic location really made my business trip convenient and at this point I had forgotten my unpleasant pre-arrival experience. However, still there are some points that requires upgrade for Slo Paragon Hotel to get their perfect 10/10 experience. First, I felt that there were no standards in the Housekeeping service; sometimes they left the bathroom door open somethings they did not, sometimes they folded the bath mat above the toilet sometimes on the floor, sometimes they brought spare laundry bag and form when I requested for laundry service and sometimes they did not. For me, this is the second best hotel in Solo after Alila. Unfortunately this hotel is located in an area that is quite far from the city center and is located in an area with heavy traffic, so a lot of traffic jams occur. Il posto è comodo. Acc caldo è buono. TV è anche su. WiFi è bloccato. Forse solo per la ventilazione, il suono dall'esterno è davvero sciogliere nella stanza. Questi dall'interno della stanza sembrano anche sentire il sciogliere fuori. La guardia sembra come un caroke, perché dal mattino cantando mentre puliva il suono. Alle sei del mattino, mi sorprendeva di svegliarmi, c'era una madre di venditore di snack che sembrava entrare nel lobby per mangiare snack. OK2, punta al tempo.

Solo 1 tovagliolo fornito al check-in, ma si può chiedere di più. Il processo di check-in è molto facile, nessun deposito o lasciare una carta d'identità. Dimensione della camera: penso che sia sufficiente per 2 persone senza alcun bambino extra. Facilities:Wifi è ben collegato,Ci sono 2 sockets nella stanza e 1 nella camera da bagno.L'acqua calda nella stanza da bagno è anche stabile.grande!
