We’ve just returned from our 11-night honeymoon, and everything was absolutely perfect! From our arrival to our departure, we were incredibly well looked after by the amazing staff at the hotel. We booked our trip through TUI during the 2023 Black Friday sale and upgraded to premium, which was definitely worth the extra cost. After a long wait at customs (over 2 hours), we were finally on a small coach with two other couples for a 50-minute journey to the hotel, including drop-offs. We stayed in a Junior Honeymoon Suite (Room 741), which was massive! The room featured a huge, comfy bed, a living area, a balcony with a loveseat, an indoor/outdoor shower, and a jacuzzi bath. We were on the top floor, so it’s important to note that there are no elevators—something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns. However, this wasn’t an issue for us, and we had a stunning sea view, which was absolutely breathtaking. The beach is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. The sand is incredibly soft, and the sea is crystal clear (and warm in the afternoons). The team does an excellent job of keeping the beach clean and removing any seaweed. One of our highlights was heading down to the beach at 6:30 AM on our first morning to watch the sunrise—it was an unforgettable experience. During the day, there was always something to do, thanks to the amazing entertainment team. From beach/pool volleyball to salsa dancing, table tennis tournaments, arts & crafts, and cooking classes, there was a variety of activities every hour from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It was a great way to meet other guests and interact with the entertainment team. A huge thank you to Alex, Chris, Hazel, Gustavo, and Griss for making our time so enjoyable and for making us feel so welcome. A special thanks also to Karen for the arts and crafts sessions; it was wonderful to meet you all! The food and drinks were fantastic. From fresh fish to mouthwatering tacos, every meal was a treat! My wife and I both have a dairy allergy, which we were initially concerned about, but the staff were fantastic in accommodating us. Every time we entered a restaurant, we were asked about allergens, and the waitstaff were always helpful in guiding us through the menu. Our main waiter was Ezequiel, and he was absolutely wonderful. His warm smile and attention to detail made our dining experience even more special. On our second day, we met Eric, our concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He helped us book restaurant reservations and provided useful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. We even spent over an hour chatting with him one day, and despite him having only worked at the hotel for a month, he was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. A big thank you to Eric for all your help! We also treated ourselves to a beachfront massage, which was well worth the money!
