Mia moglie e io siamo appena tornati da 4 giorni alla Edition a Kanai. Che vacanza perfetta. E' un hotel relativamente nuovo e si allontanano dal loro modo per farti sentire speciale. Abbiamo aggiornato in una suite e la nostra camera era oltrepassante. Ci piaceva sedere sul grande balcone e avere colazione ogni mattina. Il servizio era di prima vista. La piscina era stupenda. E le sale della sedia sulla spiaggia erano rilassanti e super comodi. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare presto!

The staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The room was exquisitely appointed rooms. The attention to little details in the room. The slippers, the caftans, the interesting books, the tiled sinks, the luxury products, the Mexican inspiration. The delicious and timely coffee service. The fitness center equipped with a massage therapist, good equipment, snacks and cold towels. The breakfast service where homemade tortillas are abundant, the fruit is plentiful, the pastry basket is different each day and the pour over coffee is a cultural experience. The wooden carved lounge chairs with comfortable cushions, chairs for all the guests, and beach attendants who are ready to take care of your every need. The surprise of daily cocktails, fresh fruit, cooling mist or sorbet. The beautiful well-maintained beach and grounds. The spa with it's welcoming staff, well trained therapists, hot pool, and well stocked clean locker room. The fantastic, interesting, beautiful and delicious dinners at both restaurants. One day two employees said when we had a request, ”Anything is possible!” The sommelier who guided us through the wines of Mexico. The bartender making interesting and unique cocktails. Our list could go on and on... What we know is that everyone wanted to make sure our week at Maroma was special. Each staff member was there to provide a service, and it is obvious they are very proud of their work and their country.

I'm sorry to say my experience was not awful, but certainly a disappointment. The food was sad. We paid $ 400 extra and struggled to find one good thing each day of a 4 day stay. The room had a beautiful view. We upgraded to a suite with kitchenette. Nice, but no dishes or any way of cooking which made the stove useless. The in- room jacuzzi did not work. Mold on ceilings and stained bedding. The booking said in- room snacks, not so. Nada. No ironing board. Tv stopped working on day two and the hotel response was, ” oh well ”. No water activities and a sad excuse for a beach. Sadly, not recommended. Save your money and go to The Bahamas!

We chose Casa Kaoba since it was close to Xcaret and was cheaper than park hotels We arrived after a long day at Xcaret, and staff were friendly and wore masks at all times, someone also walked my husband to the room. Parking is right in front of the building right off the street, so i would consider that if you would prefer something more secure. Pictures online are a lot better than what you get in person for your room, though. Our first thought was...this room feels weird. Floors and all wooden furniture of the room had lots of scratches and dents on them. The black chair in the room was also dirty. Decor is also at a bare minimum, so if aesthetics are important to you, you won't really find that in your room. We were super tired but still realized it didn't feel cozy; we wondered if this place was a hostel at one point with how the room was set up. Stairs have no handles, so may be an injury risk for kids or those who need assistance with stability. We tried watching TV but for some reason had heavy static that evening and next morning. There are Netflix and Prime video apps available that we didnt use but would recommend visitors to put a reminder for themselves to log out, as we logged out previous visitors from the apps to avoid others using their account. Water is provided in a carafe but we chose not to drink out of it and ordered bottled water instead. We ordered pizza (pepperoni and margherita) and quite possibly were the worst pizzas we've ever had, we had a good laugh. But free breakfast was great (eggs with tortilla, scrambled eggs, fruit, and chilaquiles), and had a nice view of the pool For the price, it is worth it for our family. all we really needed was a place to sleep, since we arrived late and left early. The public areas are nice and well kept, but the room itself could use some extra love and attention

Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione di un matrimonio per tre notti in una camera Junior Suite. L'esperienza è stata eccellente. Lo staff è stato disponibile e gentile. Le piscine sono bellissime e il mare molto godibile. I ristoranti buffet sono di ottima qualità e il cibo delizioso sia per la colazione che per il pranzo/cena. Gli spazi comuni sono ben curati e lussuosi.

UUtente ospiteOur stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.

La stanza è molto bella , pulita e confortevole !
Ci hanno accusato di utilizzare alcune attrezzature, anche se era in accesso aperto e nessuna notifica indicava che si tratta di un servizio di pagamento,
Il colazione è in sottosuolo per dire il meno,
Il posto è vicino ai parchi di Xplore e Xcaret si può scegliere di camminare (30 min) o prendere un taxi che vi costerà 20 dollari per 7 min
Ma è abbastanza lontano dal centro città di Playa del Carmen, avrete bisogno di prendere un taxi, costa almeno 20 dollari, o si potrebbe camminare per 40 min
Questo hotel ha un potenziale molto elevato, se il personale del servizio di ricezione sarebbe più amichevole, e più utile, e se potesse fare un piccolo miglioramento al colazione

UUtente ospiteuno dei migliori hotel che abbia soggiornato, avete tutto come 12 ristoranti da mangiare e le piscine e il posto per fare kayak e essere sui piscine oceaniche Ara sorprendente il suo bel ristorante con tutto quello che si può sognare, superficie sorprendente e il ristorante il mercato San Juan è sorprendente per colazione il suo cibo in tutto il Messico si ha bisogno di una settimana per vedere l'intero hotel, più si ha accesso a tutti i parchi di Xcaret noi provare i xensi e Xcaret alla notte è bello, tutto per tutta la famiglia meglio di quelle disneys ritrovo

UUtente anonimoQuesto è un gruppo di hotel, con tre o quattro hotel combinati, adatto alla famiglia, anche aperto agli adulti. L'hotel è molto grande. Deve essere in auto per tornare in tutti i luoghi. Alcuni lobby e ristoranti di hotel e varie strutture possono essere utilizzati l'uno dall'altro. Le attività sono molto ricche, C'è un amministratore sotto ogni edificio, che prende cura di tutte le esigenze dei clienti di questo edificio!Il servizio è buono!Dopo le 8 di ogni mattina, il amministratore organizza il programma di attività tutto il giorno e apre il ristorante e tutti i tipi di concerti. Il tempo di attività è inviato a tutti, molto intimo! Le attività sono anche molto ricca ogni giorno!Ci sono venti ristoranti diversi nel gruppo hotel, tutti pacchetti completi, molto attento! Ci sono anche molte attività ogni notte, performance musicale, diverse feste! L'orario è in posizione! La costa è anche molto lunga, ci sono laghi interni che si collegano, la scena è molto buona! E'molto adatto per le vacanze familiari!

Ssergio cSiamo stati qui per 13 giorni. Sinceramente non capisco le persone che si sono lamentate per il caos e la musica. Non abbiamo avuto nessuno di questi problemi. La struttura è di nuova costruzione, la terrazza è panoramica con servizio bar e ristorante, con 3 piscine panoramiche tra cui una iacuzzi riscaldata. Il personale è molto gentile e premuroso con i suoi clienti. Una nota particolare al cameriere Ismael, grande lavoratore. Sempre gentile, premuroso e sempre attento a tutti i clienti. Quando volevi un succo, veniva con la caraffa e riempiva il bicchiere, non lo portava via con le mani e lo portava pieno come facevano altri. Quando non ha lavorato, i tavoli erano spesso da sistemare ed i clienti dovevano chiamare il personale.

Let me first start off and tell you that the reception staff and maids are absolutely lovely really helpful my issue is not them at all. I'm going to write this review completely honest because I don't want another person to go in blind like I did. If you like sleep and you like quiet do not stay at this hotel. First of all when we arrived at hacienda del Caribe after an 11 hour flight we were told we were being moved to their sister hotel which is a bit of a walk with a disabled child our daughter and four suitcases anyway we were tired and happily agreed.The hotel is the most noisiest hotel I have ever been in and we have travelled the world.Not street noise that I can understand as it's the town no it is people inside the hotel because the windows are sheet thin and the doors have huge gaps the security do not care. I took videos of the noise.i complained to the hotel who moved us up a floor however we were without a room entirely from 11am until 4pm my disabled son needs a quiet room and this is unacceptable. The noise was just as bad I took more videos of a man trying to kick our door down I rang reception for security no answer my husband ran out to restrain him as he was biting guests and he strangled the receptionist armed police turned up then security I did not feel safe after this and I told them this. It was packed with people who were like wild animals screaming all hours day and night not once told to be quiet? It ruined the holiday if I'm honest but you get what you pay for.oh might I add aswell I had earplugs in! Pros Pools nice but could do with a scrub The staff especially the maids are just lovely Local to everything really If you want to party definitely your hotel Cons Noisy like extremely noisy Attracts the wrong kind of people noisy,rude obnoxious The large windows to the room are extremely unsafe can easily be broken into The beds are like concrete The cafe next door is overpriced for the food you get but that's all of plays del Carmen horrible food

I took my extended family to Playa del Carmen for a fun week. I booked 4 separate 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms suites at Anah Suites but were given 3 suites at Anah Downtown and 1 suite at Anah La Playa across the street. They were overbooked and our concierge, Daniel Jimenez, tried to accommodate us by offering to move us to the La Quinta by Anah on 5th Avenue & 40th, but we realized that the current location was actually the best since it was close to everything. Daniel was really accommodating and the staffs were really nice! The suites were offered at a good price for the money, however, it is close to a busy street. I let the rest of my family stay at the suites at Anah Downtown and we stayed in the suite at La Playa across the street. Our room was clean but one of the toilet wasn't flushing in 1 bathroom and the shower barely worked in the other bathroom. This was annoying at first, but wasn't a big deal since we spent most of our time outdoors doing activities. Be warned that nearby streets are constantly busy (noise all day and all night) and for our trip, the other guests were coming home at 3:00AM in the morning and making a lot of noise. Playa del Carmen is very close to Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-ha, Tulum and a lot of cenotes that were really fun to swim in. We will definitely do this again soon.
