Hotel a Snitterfield, Regno Unito

The hotel is generally good and the staff are attentive, but we would suggest avoiding the restaurant.  The hotel doesn't warrant a 4* with areas showing wear and tear such as water-damaged wood, mouldy seal in the bathroom, broken window locks, etc.  Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we were given a drinks voucher. After being advised our room was ready, we arrived at the room to find the maid still cleaning the room. The room included basic tea and coffee facilities and toiletries.  The pool/spa is limited and has a cold pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a gym.  We had booked into the restaurant for an evening meal, but when we arrived there was a table complaining about the food. They had sent their food back to the kitchen twice, and the staff were suggesting they send it back again. They walked out of the restaurant. Based on this, we thought we would order something that was pretty safe, so we ordered a burger and a chicken. However, the meat tasted cheap and of poor quality. The restaurant is charging gastro prices, but the quality is nothing better than Wetherspoons or worse. Again, the puddings were basic, with a vegan coconut ice cream that had an odd texture to it and a sticky toffee pudding that was no better than a cheap microwave pud. In our opinion, the staff were inappropriately dressed, with one waitress having such a short skirt that every time she moved you got to see more than you wanted. The bar staff were assisting in the restaurant, and one barman was dressed in hip-style jeans, which kept falling down. Although all very attentive and polite, it seemed that the hotel as a whole had very limited staff, with everyone just mucking in.  The breakfast was not much better than our evening meal. We arrived at 9.30am to find the milk, pastries, hot water, etc. had run dry. There was a selection of hot food, but once again the meat tasted cheap. The main waitress was incredibly young and either didn't communicate or spoke so incredibly quietly that you could not hear what she said.  At check out, we were not asked how our stay had been, and we felt that everything was done to avoid such communication.

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we walked into reception. We bid for our stay as part of charity auction. The owners of Stratford park had donated a golf break of a night dinner, bed and breakfast and two rounds of golf in aid of Primrose Hospice. The junior suite is a lovely room, cozy and relaxing with luxury touches. Maz, the restaurant manager was attentive and looked after our every need. He gave great recommendations for food and wine and all was delicious. Golf - lovely course with wide fairways. Again friendly service from all. My challenge was to get over the water on 17th. I didn’t succeed so I will definitely go back.

C'è stato un errore con la distribuzione della stanza e, poiché la stanza prenota non era disponibile, siamo stati aggiornati in una suite che è stata meravigliosa mentre celebravamo un compleanno speciale. Il pranzo del ristorante Trevellyn era inaspettato, perché eravamo vegetariano e il pasto vegetariano preparato dal cuoco era fantastico. Era un fine settimana caldo durante il nostro soggiorno, e anche se non c'era aria condizionata, un piccolo fan fu fornito che faceva una piccola differenza quando dormiva la notte; i giardini avevano bisogno di un po' di mantenimento e sarebbe stato bello se le fontane fossero state lavorando. In generale, ci siamo divertiti e ci siamo impegnati a tornare dopo che è passato attraverso alcuni rinnovamento e riqualificazione.

Come il mio precedente vacanza coronale, la stanza è più comoda di quella del letto coronale.La stanza è organizzata al terzo piano, e la pressione dell'acqua è molto meglio di quella coronale. Il servizio è relativamente vincente, almeno sara' chiaro dove e dove l'ascensore non sarà rintracciato dalla porta e chiuderò la mia auto per chiedermi quali camere, perché ho scelto il servizio espresso.

Grande posizione, parcheggio facile e controllo del personale molto amichevole e utile letti e cuscini super comodi. Le camere standard sono un po' stanche e forse potevano essere pulite un po' più in dettaglio, ma in generale una bella pausa e io sarei sicuramente rimasto qui di nuovo

Il soggiorno è fantastico per visitare le vicinanze e l'hotel è un bel edificio storico. Il moderno bagno era bello da usare, ma abbiamo trovato la stanza molto di base e poteva fare con un rinfrescato e molto deluso che non ci fosse nessuna struttura per la produzione di bevande calde nella stanza. Abbiamo fatto il colazione inclusi nel nostro prezzo della stanza e siamo stati molto delusi - tutto nuotando in grasso e il pudding nero e la patata rosti erano molto troppo cucinati, così non potevamo finire il nostro pasto. Il parcheggio è di 7 sterline per notte di soggiorno, ma non è stato informato in anticipo. Probabilmente rimarremmo qui, ma saremmo in una stanza nella parte antica dell'edificio e non avremmo colazione cucinata.

Il soggiorno è assolutamente perfetto. L'hotel si trova in una posizione idylica con il RSC Theatre direttamente al contrario sulle banche dell'Avon. Ciò che ha fatto davvero il viaggio è stato gli incredibili colleghi dell'hotel che si trovavano così alloggiando in tutto il mondo. Ci piacevamo il nostro soggiorno. Grazie mille.

Hotel in una posizione fantastica. Le camere sono spaziose e piene di i tatti speciali dell'Indigo atteso. L'aggiunta del giardino giardino mette davvero questo in fronte ad alcuni degli altri hotel IHG che abbiamo soggiornato.
