The location and price are certainly what makes this hotel most attractive. Upon checking in, we were greeted by two extremely competent and kind staff members. This was a theme throughout the stay: staff was always around and ready to help whenever needed! The hotel itself is exactly what the other reviews and images show; it is an old hotel with some minor cosmetic renovations. The hotel was clean, but it was a bit rough around the edges. For example, there was no usable AC in our room; instead, our room had a small oscillating fan sitting on the TV stand. The towel rack in the bathroom was literally ripped off the wall and hanging by a thread. Do not expect a luxury stay, but do expect kind staff and a great location.

Clean and great service from the front counter to housekeeping. We booked a room for 4 people. Had only 2 towels. Other than that generally not bad value for money.

由於是夏天炎熱季節去遊玩的，沒有注意到網站沒有說明旅館是沒有房間內冷卻空調，房間204內🈶️一台小的電扇，窗外無法打開通風。入宿二晚，拿房間時旅館人員告知旅館已無空房無發換其他房間，連絡trip.com客服也不能解決換旅館問題，第一晚無法好好休息。晚上的值班小姐有同理心，告訴我旅館並沒有客滿，直到隔天旅館人員通知經理才更換房間，無西曬，有通風。旅館人員很推薦👍🏼讓我的維多利亞之旅變得完美。夏天不推薦沒有空調的旅館，也建議網站要說明沒有空調。

フロントの担当者は忙しそうでしたがとても親切です。フロントにら無料のコーヒーがあり何度も活用しました。 とにかくロケーションがよい。 ホテルはバスタブ付きの部屋にしたので快適でした。 スリッパが無いので持って行ってないと困ります。
